Stopped to gas up, grab a coffee, and a bite to eat. However, the restrooms are closed for cleaning…both of them. Really? You can’t put your customers first? I crossed my legs, got in my truck and left, went to Family Express instead. I spend over $250 a week with Casey’s too, as I travel.

I love a good Casey’s pizza, and you definitely delivered on quality. To whomever made my pizzas tonight (6/19/21, after 11pm) you’re doing amazing, change nothing. I had an after-work craving for my favorite pizza, the ones closest to me were closed at 10:30, so yes i DID drive an hour round trip and I’d do it again, too. This location is going down hill fast. Terrible employee turn around here. Kitchen is usually 60-90 min behind on orders, mainly bc other employees doing nothing do not help the Kitchen. Brookston location has gotten so bad they close the whole store at 8pm, and Monon isn’t far behind.

When I came in to get 3 ice creams. I was charged 8.57 just for 3 ice creams. Yesterday when I came in I got 2 ice creams for $3 something. The worker was rude too. Definitely needs fired for overcharging and being rude. I won’t be back.

As a customer who regularly spends money at this location. The service I received in the early morning hours of February 5th was incredibly poor, disappointing, and disrespectful. As someone with 5 years of customer service and 2 years of management, the service I received was the worst I have have ever experienced from ANYWHERE, I have ever been, restaurant, gas station, stores, anywhere. The lady behind the counter was extremely disrespectful to me and other with me. We took longer than usual to browse, and I understand she has things to do, but she shouldn’t show her displeasure and impatience because we hadn’t decided. She told us none of the donuts had crème in it, I got home but the first one and BOOM, full of crème. Upon arriving to the counter she proceeded to ignore us and continued other activities as we clearly stood at the front counter waiting. Immediately as soon as she started ringing us up, she started rolling her eyes and making very loud and obvious exhales that showed her anger and impatience. I went to put in my Casey’s rewards number, and as I pressed the card machine, the screen swiftly went black and rebooted, I tried explaining it wasn’t working and she got very angry and said it had to be working because her computer said it was, even though the screen was clearly black. She then followed these same actions up with very much the same disrespect by speaking to me and my camp with a very awful tone of voice. This is also not the first time I’ve heard of this employee being rude and disrespectful to other members of the community as well. At this point, if I see this employee in the store I will not continue to offer my business to this location, I will simply go elsewhere.

Had a dinner craving at 7pm and the whole store was closed. It’s not even a holiday or anything the gas station down the road doesn’t close till 11. I thought this was supposed to be a 24 hour operation. Very disappointed.

Pizza is delicious as always. The price is pretty good but they are doing a special on pizza right now that is great! They are busy, so I normally have to wait several minutes to give my name to get my pizza. Gas is reasonably priced and a good selection.
