We were spending the evening at my daughter’s home in Wellsville, and chose to order carry out from Baldwin City Pizza Hut. We ordered two of the (3 Pizzas) ‘Big Boxes.’ The pizzas were mostly crust… the toppings didn’t make it to the edge. These were supposed to be Pan Pizzas, but they were more likely Original Crust. I’d ordered the same thing from another Pizza Hut on the 4th of July, and it was amazing, fully covered pan pizzas. These weren’t even close. The staff was friendly, and the pizzas were hot when we arrived to pick them up.

Absolutely hands down the best service I’ve had on a very long time. Our server was over the top friendly, he made sure our stay here was the best. I took a picture of him so if you see him know that you have one of the best.

I’ve been here before when visiting Baldwin City and was pretty satisfied. After this last experience I may seriously think twice before visiting again. From getting an order placed to receiving the order the service was awful. It felt more like we were an inconvenience than a customer.

The dining room area was full of boxes and delivery bags. No soft drinks were available, except for 2 liter bottles or a pitcher of tap water. Obviously set up for delivery or drive-through. Not sure why they even had the dining room open.
