Got some chicken nuggets & chicken sandwiches 4 days ago. The nuggets seemed to have shrunk in size. For what I paid , for 5 tiny chicken nuggets, they can do better. What’s going on with these drop of food qualities these recent months ? Paying more for less!

I LOVE CFA, however, today was not great. I ordered my curbside delivery order while I was in the parking space, then immediately filled out the “I’m here” and what space number I was in. That was at 11:25am. At 11:50am, I called the restaurant to see if my order had got lost. I was put on hold (for quite some time) I was told, “maybe they gave it to a different car”. As I was on the phone, they delivered the food (at 11:57am) to the car next to me, that pulled in 10 minutes after me, then brought my order to me. I asked if they wait until there is more than one order to bring out to which I was told, “We’re not supposed to. I work in the back and it was sitting there, so I brought it out”. (What an amazing person she was – thank you so much).

We go to this location due to how close it is to us, but they always mess SOMETHING up. Usually we have to go back to the counter at least once for something they left out of our order. It’s hit or miss whether the food will be good or fresh. But today takes the cake for the worst experience yet. We mobile ordered for curbside pickup, they didn’t bring us straws or utensils, so we went inside the mall to get them. Then we went to actually eat and the sandwich had the wrong ingredients completely almost like it was supposed to be someone else’s. Then the Mac and cheese had a dead fly in it :/

Ordered a market salad for lunch. Strawberries had mold on it, apples were brown, and I don’t think they ever clean the grill. I love Chick Filet, but this store needs to do better.

This was the first time I have had Chick-fil-A. The food was good though to me it didn’t taste any different than any other place. The service however was very good. The staff was very busy and remained pleasant efficient and courteous. There were a lot of employees and not a lot of room for them to all move around. Yet they all worked well together.

Re educate on what gluten is. Tip: No one will order a gluten free bun and get it with a fried chicken sandwich. When someone is ordering a #5 gluten free with a red flag, that means if the grill is down tell them. They cannot eat the fried chicken. We wish we could, believe me.

The young girl that work the register today was rude. I ordered a small fry the fry wasn’t cook so I went back to tell them and the girl that worked the register snatch the bag out my hand and started laughing with the rest of the girls that was in the front like I was a joke that was disrespectful to me because I respect everybody and then at the end when they were closing, they were yelling across the room which is very unprofessional also talking about guys in front of customers I will not be coming back here anymore

Wild that they will accept a Doordash order 45 min before they close and not have straws in the bag. Fries halfway filled. And I was missing an entire meal. Was it really that hard to just not accept the order if you didn’t wanna be bothered 45 min before closing before wasting my time and money?

Very busy, they didn’t give me part of my order, had to run in to inform them, but they asked for the receipt so had to run back to car to grab it and return inside, which was difficult having had back surgery so I was not happy.. by the time things were sorted out my chicken sandwich was cold.
