The pizza was good but did not have the triple sauce and light cheese as requested. The chicken nuggets were dry. Although I was notified my order was done before doing my pick-up, it wasn’t even out of the oven yet when I got there. The kitchen was messy and seemed short staffed.

I have read all the positive reviews of this restaurant so I decided to give this a chance. I have to say that the pizza is very delicious and you can actually taste the ingredients unlike most pizza places. It is also very cheap for what you get, take advantage of those specials that you can get online or the mobile app! Discount will be applied once you check out! Also the dessert (brownie) is very rich, so you might get tempted to finish it all at one sitting.Great customer service as well, they were very friendly!

I always love Marco’s which is why I continue to keep coming back but for the first time today I got a pizza made by Malika. It is the best pizza I’ve ever tasted in my life. It tastes even better than it looks. Wow! Promote her, give her a raise, or make a her a trainer on how to make pizza. She deserves it! I literally want to call every time I order from now on just to make sure she’s going to be there to make it. My stomach and I thank you, Malika!!!

I just moved from Las Vegas to Richardson and was not in the mood to cook. My kids found a Marco’s Pizza close to us so we decided that would be dinner. The Marco’s in Las Vegas that we ordered from was awesome so we were expecting the same food quality and service. Boy, were we disappointed. I placed an order over the phone and went to pick it up. Here is where things went wrong. First, the pizzas were dry and burned, second, we ordered wings but then had to wait for a second batch to be cooked. The reason; a delivery driver came in and proceeded to help out but, the problem was, he did not wash his hands nor did he put on gloves before putting our wings into the takeout box. I mentioned it to the lady behind the counter and informed her that I did not want those wings he was handling but wanted new ones. She spoke to him about it and she redid my order but I noticed she did not discard those wings. I may try them again but I for sure will place my order in person from now on.
