We have been to 3 different Ihops in the last week in nj and ny and this is our favorite. It was quiet. Service was great. They still give you the coffee pot when you order coffee. In NY they dont. And they also have the flavored syrups on the table. We were traveling through or this would be our go to place.

Ordered through DoorDash 3 times. Each time the order was freezing cold and missing items that we paid for. Requested a credit through DoorDash each time but they would not allow it. I decided to reach out to the store directly. I spoke to the manager who was extremely disrespectful and uncaring. She spoke over me each time I tried to explain the issues with our current order. Her response was “It is not her problem” and then continued to speak to me in a discerning manner. Unfortunately, they have lost our business.

My family and i recently went to breakfast on a Sunday morning at ihop and my husband and i were in awe of how wonderful the food and service was. We went around 11am and it was super busy. We were seated in a timely fashion and our server Cassidy was absolutely WONDERFUL. We have 3 young children and she was the sweetest with them allowing them to give her their order, she was patient and made them feel so special! We never had to wait for anything extra we asked for. We will definitely be going back and asking for Cassidy!

We were trying to have a nice meal as a family and we have to wait ten minutes until he comes to take our drink order then another ten to come back with the drinks and food, mind you when we first walked in we asked for creamer which he had to get after the food when we reminded him. The drink was warm with little to no ice and took the same amount of time as the creamer did to get the ice. When we got our food he never checked in until when we were basically done. We thought he was busy with other tables but he was talking with one of his coworkers. There was also ants everywhere on the window until there was a ant even on my phone and my food I find it disgusting and recommend not to come here.

Really rude! When I was trying to tell the manager I needed two high chairs he completely ignored me and walked away. I know he heard me because a waitress across the room heard me and brought me two high chairs.Then waitress sarah took my family order. After my sister said she is no longer going to order because the rudeness from when we walked in Sarah went on to gossip about it to the manager and another co worker. We were sitting right by where they were standing and gossiping so we heard everything. The manager made a face as to say he didn’t care. Then you have a waitress walking back and forth on her phone. Waitress sarah was eating while working and didn’t bother to wash her hands before attending to us. Which is gross. Not a place I’d go to again.very rude and nasty! Not to mention when I asked the manager his name he gave me a totally different name. When my sister asked the waitress up front he gave us the name ( Alfonso ) so who’s lying? I’m not sure but very unprofessional.

Service was great, coffee was stale, food was cold and salty, Pancakes just fell apart when trying to put butter and syrup on them, this place has gotten expensive for the food quality. The new owner hasn’t brought anything to the table, honestly.
