Really like their thin crust pepperoni pizzas. Their pizza sauce is just right and their desserts are amazing. Delivery times have been perfect and its nice to be able to see where the driver is with your delivery, which makes dealing with dogs easier.

I called and ordered for a delivery to my work. They took my order and told me if you only about 45 minutes and they never showed up I called to twice they did not answer then I called the third time and it said the store was closed. If you guys are not doing deliveries, then you need to say so and not waste peoples time worse experience I’ve ever had.

They have always got my order right and are polite. I just wish they had chairs to sit while people waited for their order. If you order takeout and have to wait any length of time it can get uncomfortable.

I order online every time so I can use their 20% off. We get the same thing every time medium pepperoni pizza. Its not greasy like pizza huts gets. The crust is good enough that we eat it and not just automatically set aside for the dogs. We pick up our order I’ve never waited more than five minutes to be rung up. Less than half a mile away from where we live so it’s convenient. It is a little tricky getting into the parking lot if you haven’t done it. There’s a Meridian on old Seward right outside the parking lot so you only can get there from one side of old Seward. If you know where Starbucks is on the corner of old Seward and diamond, its on that same side of the road heading away from diamond mall. I probably just made that a lot more confusing but check out the map here on Google to see what i am talking about.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Order never came. Was on hold with the store for over an hour and no one ever answered. Called back the next day and was on hold for another 30 minutes and still no one answered. Called and chose option for manager and still no one ever answered the phone. Called in and chose option for new order. Someone answered and said they could not help me and transferred me back to the manager line. Finally after another 20 minutes they answered. Eventually my order was refunded. But the hoops I had to jump through to make that happen were ridiculous.

I ordered a large “Works”. It was $35, more than most pizzas in Anchorage. I expected a decent amount of toppings for that price. Wrong! I would have gotten more from a 2 topping Little Caesar’s! Plus, 1/3 of the pizza wasn’t covered with sauce, cheese or toppings, it was just crust. I will never order there again! Don’t know how they’re in business!
