We attended a birthday party. The pizza flavor has improved. The staff helping with the birthday party was on top of it. They did a really good job. The sketch picture machine kept having issues. It took them a while to shut it down. But besides that, it was a fun experience.

Brought our grandson here as a treat for headstart graduation. The food, service , and atmosphere is perfect for kids. He had a great time. The place was clean. The staff was friendly but rushed (lots of kiddos to deal with) exactly as you would expect. As you can see in the pictures the baby really liked the pizza!

The kids had a wonderful time. We went on a week day so it was not crowed at all. Chuck E came out and danced with the kids, which they loved! The unlimited play game card is the way to go. The atmosphere was great gor kids and the place was clean.

My kids always love going to Chuck E. Cheese when we go to Alexandria. I recommend the app since you get extra time on games and tickets if your a member, and you can simply reload your card through it. The restrooms are open again in the building at the time of this post. Just putting it out there because we went there a few times and they had portable restrooms outside.

Our expense that we had at Chuck e cheese was very good exciting exuberating and plenty of fun we took our niece there and Friends of the family and we all went up there and we had a lovely time in Alexandria nice place to visit good clean fun scenery and all I think you guys need to go and check Chuck e cheese out customer service is very good they answer your questions they help you until food was good and we had a good time so I’m going to post some pictures of the fun that we had at Chuck e cheese and I hope you enjoy them like busy thank you Chuck e cheese for being Chuck e cheese.

I booked for a birthday party. It was very unorganized. We didn’t see the hostess until after the party time started. She didn’t explain any events in the time frame. It was not a good service experience. The atmosphere itself was extremely hot, guest complained about the temperature of the building and received no resolution. I’ve had several parties here before it was the worse experience by far.
