im a Semi truck driver deliver my last load around the corner from taco bell have not ate all day just to be able to get merchandise on time i walked up to the window with my semi across the drive thru and asked if i can order the female at the window said the only way you can order food is through the app i cannot take your order if you are a walk up so being that i was hungry i downloaded the app and placed my order payed for it and 3 minutes later my order was cancelled i asked another employee the reason why my order was canceled and she said because you are a walk up and dont have a car i said i payed for it and she said you cannot be at the window!!! or is it maybe that they dont wanna work or make my food so they decided not to take my order ?? i would never buy from this franchise ever again discriminating a person because they dont have a car to go through the drive thru what a shame… BY THE WAY 11pm AGUST 2nd going to mcds

Great service! it was a little bit difficult deciding on wish menu to go with since it’s a Long John Silver and a Taco Bell so at the end of my dilemma and the cashier being really patient with me, she suggested for me to get a couple of tacos and a shrimp plate perfect combination guys highly recommended.

This place always has an issue either they’re short handed, they’re only taking Uber eats or door dash, they’re out of GROUND BEEF. I asked the associate for their franchise owner, and she had no response. She also couldn’t provide me an email to the supervisor. DO NOT COME HERE. It is literally a waste of time. At this point there is no reason for this place to even exist, other than to waste time. Absolutely deception in customer service. They refuse to accommodate their customer base.

Don’t ever order food online from them they well steal your money and give u no food . My husband had went to go pick up the food and they decided to close early when online it clearly said it was open and after that we decided to call which they picked up and hanged up which we kept calling and they had decided not to answer I really think we should all get together and call corporate to close it down

This place is the worst. Out of beans, out of beef, not taking orders…I don’t even understand that. Why on earth would they only accept doordash and ubereats? I’ve gone here 3 or 4 times and everytime there’s an issue. There’s a review from 7 months ago that says almost this exact same thing and it’s true today. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the owner needs to fix this place.
