I ordered the four piece chicken basket. The chicken strips were cool to the touch. The chicken stripped on the bottom look like a chicken nugget. The gravy was good it was super hot. Fries were a bit salty but took them out and wiped them off and dipped them in the delicious gravy. The main concern was that the front employee that took my order was also cleaning with cleaning fluid and a rag and gloves. When my ice cream cone was ready she gave it to me without changing gloves. I told her it might be better if she changed clothes before she served food after she had been cleaning for the same gloves. Hopefully she does it from now on.

Great location and friendly staff. Very quick and process orders in a timely fashion. Even if they park you, your food is out within a minute or so. Great overall experience and I have frequented them on numerous occasions. Above and beyond expectations a h and every time.

The drive thru staff are super sweet, but this location is CLEARLY overwhelmed and not ready for their level of business today. They were out of two different Blizzard toppings (flavors) that are fairly standard. Then, after waiting to place an order AND waiting to get to the window AND waiting at the window, we were directed to a drive thru waiting area. Thankfully, that wait was short. But it was enough to ensure I won’t be back. Both of these stars are specifically for the drive thru servers – it’s clear they weren’t the problem, but no manager was helping solve it.

Everyone was very kind. Such a hardworking team. Dennis took our order and was very helpful with guiding me on what to choose for ice cream. My husband got a Blue Raspberry slushy and I got a Small Cookie Dough Blizzard and total was $8 after taxes. We got our order in about 3 min. Will be back!!!! Thank you guys for working so hard!!!!

Best steaming crinkle hot french fries in the entire area. You can go at least 20min without eating your fries and they will still be hot!! Ask all the locals and they will tell you the same. This location the only location you can get the crinkle fry and it’s put in a drink cup so you know the fries are on point. Never had a bad meal at this location would recommend it to any one visiting the Fredericksburg area!!
