Manager? was very rude when I requested that the doordash – bag be repacked due to the heavy bag being ripped. She then snatched the bag off the counter, and after repacking the order into 2 separate bags, she slammed the customer’s food back onto the counter. She then refused to reseal the customer order with doordash stickers. I had to wait for another employee to come help. I took photos of the bags, and I did show the customer when I delivered her order in case there was an issue with it.

I’m not normally one to complain but we went to this place a bit late, and they seemed completely irritated to have us there. I sent in my order on mobile to hopefully help things go quicker, and after arriving about 15 minutes after sending in my order, we still had to sit and wait in the drive through for another good 10 minutes. I also have a lot of food allergies so I have to order very specific things, and when they finally gave me my order it was loaded up with the things I asked them to remove, and didn’t have any of the things I added on it either. I’m not one to send food back, but I literally could not eat what they gave me because of my allergies. The person at the window visibly rolled his eyes when we told him it’s not what we ordered before going back to the kitchen. They thankfully gave me a replacement without my allergens on it, but it STILL didn’t have any of the things I asked them to add on. So we wasted about a half hour and spent $30 just to get something I didn’t order. They still charged me for the additions despite them not being on my food. It was incredibly irritating and we had placed to be so we did not have time to deal with taking our food in a second time. Rude service and make sure they actually give you what you order. Double check, and I guess triple check it too if you have to.

When placing on mobile order went in and they did not have the order. A $50 order, and they couldn’t help me. Said I have to call corporate or the 3rd party. Should be a better way, or Atleast I show you my bank account and give me the food.

No one is ever! Up front to help anyone that does not know how to use the touch screens. Two other people put in to orders on the touch screens and only 1 was sent to the kitchen. They asked twice for help and was never helped. Then girl had a look on her face as if he should learn how to use them instead of the other way around when he had said there should be someone up there to help them and to make sure things are going smoothly. Kids have zero respect anymore.

Trash, they were out of pretty much all of their ingredients, wouldn’t cancel or refund my order despite this when I ordered my food online. They were out of steak, sour cream, lettuce, onion, They also didn’t give me my Baja blast and when I went back thay gave a ton of attitude about giving me my drinks that I paid for because they were out of Baja Blast too and instead of offering different options they decided to just not give me a drink at all

The food was good they were busy so took awhile to get. I get they say to focus on drive thru first I worked fast food for a long time. But you have to take care of the customers up front and get their food out in a respectable time also. Plus whoever was to be on front counter should stay in their spot if they are busy. She was leaving people stand up there for over 10 minutes before they ordered. Worst service I have ever seen at any taco bell or fast food restaurant before
