This jimmy johns struggles for sure (I’ve gone in shortly after opening and they didn’t have bread baked…20 min wait so I got it on the kids and still paid full price). I’ve given it a few chances and I think today was my last after waiting 10 minutes to get home and find they gave me the wrong sandwich – like not even in the right ballpark. The 2 orders ahead of me were incorrect so I should’ve checked but I was in too much of a hurry. Even if I had checked I wouldn’t have had time to wait for another. Just really sucks for a $10 sandwich. Oh well. 3 stars because the staff is friendly enough, the place is always clean, and the ingredients have always been fresh in my experience.

Ordered from the app to go. Walked in to pick up the order and they yelled, “It’s going to be at least 15 minutes!” They were prepping sandwiches for a huge party, and couldn’t take care of any customers waiting. If they had been working hard or fast, I would have been willing to give them some grace, but no one was in a hurry, no one was managing the employees…they were just standing there without a clue. After we realized there was no way our order would be ready anytime in the near future, we cancelled the online order and went next door. This location needs some serious management/customer service training as every single customer was yelled at upon entering, and nothing was getting accomplished. A lot of better options in the area.

Freaky slow. Consistently wait a minimum of 20 minutes for my sandwich here, every time. Even with 6 employees behind the counter they can’t get things done. I could drive to the grocery store and make a sandwich myself faster than this place.

Avoid this place. I wish I would have read the reviews on this location prior to visiting. I waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches, only to find out once I got to my destination 30 minutes away that they had given me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a Club Lulu and they gave me a sandwich that had Guac and cucumbers, not even in the same ballpark. If anything I would have honestly sucked it up and ate it, but it was so different to my order and not appetizing to me that I had to call to let them know. The sandwhich even had a weird smell to it. Based on previous reviews, I can see this is typical of them and they are not running their business with care.

I wrote you below. Never received a response. Company is delinquent. Placed a catering order at 9pm for pickup the next day. They were suppose to deliver the items at 11:30, we called at 10am to confirm the order. It’s now 1pm and we have to drive to jimmy John’s to pick up our order. I placed online order 9:21am to be delivered at 10:00 am. 11:00am. called Northfield store to see where my order might be, and girl who answered said its being made right now and we’re running little Behind. 11:30 I called again to see where my order is AGAIN, the girl who answered said we are making it RIGH NOW. I’m confused.. this is a franchise location, so there’s an owner that put up a substantial investment to open and run this location. Do you seriously not care that this is a horribly-run business? What a poor business owner. By addressing simple management issues you could make more money. It’s not that difficult. But instead, you reply to negative reviews by inviting reviewers to “leave feedback” on the corporate website. So weak. Try harder. Here’s some free consulting… Your employees don’t care. They take my order then after paying and waiting for my order, they tell me they don’t have some of the ingredients. They should know what they have on hand and what they don’t. I also do not recommend signing up for points, as this is a scam. I have spent hundreads of dollars with this company just to get $1 off my order. NOT WORTH IT!!!
