Biggest play place in the area. Service is very slow and inconsistent. You could wait in an empty line for 5 minutes to get service, or have no problems. You could have a multiple mistakes with your order or no mistakes, just depends on the day.

This location I’ve been to a few times. It always seems like they don’t have enough employees on staff. The cleanliness was ok, the food was normal and they service was friendly. Maybe they are just due for a renovation. It feels dark inside, not enough lighting. They don’t have the touch screen ordering screens. The location itself is sometimes hard to enter and exit because it’s on a busy stretch of Manchester. But overall, I’ve been to better and worse. So 3 stars.

They DO NOT clean the play place. A child had an accident in the play place, the mom nicely told the employees that they needed to clean it. Then the employees did not put a sign up on the play place saying it was closed for the day or tell any moms/children this information, they DID NOT clean it after a child had urinated in it and were fully willing to let other children play in the play place. Just think about how often this happens in the play place here and by going here you’d be letting your child be the next potential victim of a urine soaked play place. This issue was reported with the health and safety inspectors of the state, and has been brought to McDonald’s corporates attention but no further action was taken on the company’s part.

The woman at the window spent a good 5 min filling straws, while on the phone with a personal call, but never gave us straws.

One of the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever been in. Apparently never clean the floors – so sticky- and play area. Staff does not make eye contact with customer and no friendliness displayed. Service slow. Manager and staff need training on how to run this place.

Have to say. This is our favorite McDonald’s to go to. We always get fresh salted fries and never missing anything that we ordered. Drive thru staff are the nicest and we enjoy getting food here. Feels like the staff at this location show they care a bit more than other areas we have been to.

Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Floor was sticky, almost every table was dirty, tables had black dirt build-up around the legs. I got the new mushroom and Swiss burger and I was kind of disappointed because my burger was overcooked and I barely had any sauce the cheese was halfway melted off the burger and the bun it was just put together really sloppy. Positives I can say about the meal the fries weren’t over-salted as usual they were delicious as expected and McDonald’s offers the tropical Berry Sprite that I never had and it’s really delicious.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a while now. In all honesty, it used to be simply for convenience purposes; it was the closest one I had to my house. And when I would go, the customer service wasn’t great and the food was subpar. But recently I’ve noticed a change – the workers are kind and welcoming, the food quality has improved, and they are working much more efficiently than they have in the years before. Bonus points for effort! So, to anybody who is reading this review and has been to this location before, I implore you to give it a second chance. I promise you that your experience this time will be much better than the last.

Today, April 28th, 2020, I placed a mobile order on my phone before leaving my work, which is only a few minutes away. The order was for one Hot and Spicy McChicken, a small fry, and a cheeseburger. I placed the order at 1:00PM. I arrived at the location at 1:08PM, and the app confirmed that I had arrived via geolocation. I selected the curbside pickup option so I didn’t have to wait in the drive-thru wasting gas, and it was a nice day. I pulled into Space #3, and entered #3 in the app. Then I waited, and waited. At 1:25PM, I checked the status in the app and it said that my order had already been picked up. I got out of my car to make sure they hadn’t put my order in the back of my car, since I know some restaurants are doing that during COVID-19. No such luck. I checked my credit card statement via my phone, and noticed that I had been charged for the order. Finally, at 1:29PM, I gave up, and entered the drive-thru and indicated that I had placed a curbside mobile order and never received my food. After a few minutes, they told me that they would be out in five minutes tops with my order. No worries, stuff happens. I pulled into Spot 3 and waited until 1:33PM. A lady came out and told me that she had checked every register in the store, and they had no mobile orders, and that I must have placed my order for a different location, and to reorder. I showed her the order for 9815 Manchester Road, with the timestamp, and the charge on my credit card for my order. She went back inside, and came out a minute or two later with my order, which she explained they had ready the whole time. She said that a worker had made the order, but said that I drove off. I never even moved the car during the entire time I sat there, until I entered the drive-thru to inquire about my order after 21 minutes. I also purposely drove up the side of the building where the curbside pickup orders were so that I could make sure nobody came out of the building with my order. Nobody ever left the building to check and see if I was there during the 30 seconds it took to move from a curbside pickup space to the drive thru speaker, since the building was closed due to COVID-19. I finally left the restaurant at 1:39PM with my order, after being at the location for 31 minutes. The only plus is that my order was actually correct when I did finally receive it. Overall, easily the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had, and I won’t be back to this location. Be extremely cautious of using mobile pickup at this location.

Very slow, takes forever in the restaurant and the drive thru. The play area is extremely sunny. Huge windows have no shades on them and the sun just beats down in your eyes (tables are by the windows) making it hard to eat and the room fiery hot.
