7/15/23, 10:30 am – Worst experience at a Bojangles! We walked in and the manager on duty was taking orders – there was one person in front of us. When she finished taking her order, the manager walked over to one of the line employees and proceeded to begin arguing with him about not doing something she had asked him to do. We stood there for a good 5 or 6 minutes while she continued arguing with him. When she finally took our order, she was angry and clearly annoyed. She kept arguing with the employee while taking our order as well. We waited another 10-12 minutes to actually get our order. While we were waiting, we noticed the manager was packaging food – with a blue bandaid around her finger and no gloves. She was angrily packing the Bo-rounds and some were falling on the counter and she was picking them up and putting them back in the tray to serve to other customers. Needless to say, I did NOT eat the rounds. The sandwich was at least packaged by other line employees who were wearing gloves. Overall it was a bad experience and I will never come back to this location.

Excellent Service! We drove through. There was a wait on biscuits, which we understood. When they brought out our food, they had given us extra food because we had to wait. The manager or owner was so nice and more than willing to make everything right! I’m So Glad to receive such great customer service in this season of life where it is definitely lacking in most areas! Go visit this Bojangles and show your support and appreciation!

I want to thank this staff today for preparing 100 pieces of chicken and biscuits for our team and family picnic. Food was delicious and staff went above and beyond… they communicated well and food was ready right on time. Bojangles chicken is my favorite! I travel to this location because the one nearest me still does not offer dine in. I like to eat my fried chicken and cajun fries where I order it. I feel this optimizes tastiness. The employees here are nice and friendly. My food was ready fast, hot, and fresh. Dining room was very clean.

Biscuits were good, chicken looked old and was tough. The workers were all confused on whose drink was whose. One lady got an attitude with a teenage girl because she thought a drink was hers so she rook the drink, turned out to be hers anyways. Dinning area was not clean.

Never saw a restaurant just randomly close whenever they get busy . Literally just shut off the lights and lock the doors midday(happened twice on a sunday). Also,how does a chicken place run out of chicken?Just seems like the employees don’t care and try to make customers mad so they don’t come back.

Check your order! We luv the biscuit & gravy. Hubby uses drive thru while I fry us some eggs. The gravy is usually overflowing, but yesterday he got a little on one biscuit, no utensils or napkins. They were not busy at the time. He tried to call, no answer and mailbox was full…

Restaurant was recently closed for month I guess due to staffing/management issue. Decide to give a try after them only being open a couple of weeks…Sorry I did. GREASY CHICKEN I ordered a 3 Wing Snack….1 was a regular size…the other was small…the last tiny…for $6 NO WAY STAY CLOSED AND BYE!

Hours are 6 to 4:30. Google maps says that the hours of 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. have been confirmed via phone call for days ago which would be 2 /23/23. I’m not sure who they called. If it was the corporate website, they still show those hours and maybe think the store is actually open during that time.
