Farmers Daughter is always a great stop for lunch. They have plenty of desserts options to choose from. My boyfriend had the brisket lasagna and I had a ham sandwich. Service is a bit slow, but they’re always busy so that’s to be expected. We love sitting outside under the shaded patio.

This is a great place to grab lunch or dinner, then enjoy the fun environment inside or the weather outside while eating on their amazing patio. They also sell local honey, freeze dried candy, and other products you will enjoy browsing. It’s worth the drive for the fun southern décor and friendly staff alone, but the food was also amazing.

Great food here! This is such a great restaurant for this town and surrounding areas! Order at the counter, get your drinks on the back wall, don’t miss the peach tea, and they’ll bring your food out to you. Everything we had from the ribs, pastrami sandwich to the banana pudding was fantastic.

First time eating at the Farmers Daughter. It will not be my last! I love the explosion of flavor coming off of the food. Something as simple as the bacon strip even blew my mind. YUMMY! Our order consisted of the breakfast burrito, biscuits w/gravy, side of bacon and a cinnamon roll. As if the breakfast wasn’t good enough, the conversation with the owner was extremely pleasant as well!

This was my 3rd trip to the restaurant today. Their homemade chicken salad sandwich is so delicious I had it two of the three visits. Today I had a loaded baked potato with brisket. I also brought a piece of strawberry cake with pecans home and it is wonderful. Next time I’m trying the ribs. My husband had a bowl of beans topped with brisket, onions and jalapenos. He enjoyed every bite. The only thing I’ve ordered that wasn’t spectacular was a cinnamon roll. It was a little dry. Cheesecake was good.

We LOVE The Famer’s Daughter! Today we discovered their new breakfast buffet. It has all our favorite breakfast items, includes a drink, and had their famous homemade cinnamon rolls and cherry turnovers. It was a great value and the service is top notch. I highly recommend you put this gem on the short list!!
