Came in for dinner and had a great experience. Server was attentive and very friendly. Food came out hot and exactly how ordered. Corn bread and biscuits were delicious just be sure to add jelly and or butter. Store was clean and decorated. They have a store where they sell lots of different items like toys and clothes plus little “nick nacks”. I would of liked a little bit bigger of a portions size but I’d was a good deal for the price.

Normally I have nothing but good things to say about Cracker Barrel, but this “Freshly Prepared Meal” they are offering for $5 with the purchase of an entrée is a joke. It would cost them pennies more to put an ample serving of mashed potatoes on these plates! There isn’t 2 tablespoons of potatoes on this plate. Do it better or don’t do it. It was very difficult for me to get a good picture, but I promise the amount of potatoes is a joke!

Stop for breakfast with my wife and daughter. Not that crowded. Service was good. Food came out to the table fairly quickly. Everyone seems to have a nice portion of food. Friendly staff member took the orders. I recommend this store

So drove over to Greenville NC to eat at Cracker-barrel Restaurant and I was surprisedly disappointed! I order what was one of my favorite the chicken pot pie only to discover not only had they downsized it but replaced the real chicken with the processed tasting cubed chicken! So not happy with this meal! I did bring it to the attention of our waiter and shrug and said I’m sorry. So for those of us who use to love the chicken pot pie no more please change it back!

I absolutely love stopping in just for the gift (or personal) store. They have some of the nicest outfits. They have more for women than men, but it’s the women who purchase more anyway. After browsing the store, I enjoy a nice country style entrée where the food is excellent and the service is extremely pleasant. After my meal and a little more browsing in the store, I then enjoy sitting on their porch just for some little conversation, but more so to enjoy the outdoors while rocking. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely love Crackle Barrel.

Friendly service, great food and reasonable prices. Gets very crowded and you may have to wait 15-30 minutes to be seated. Plenty of parking but handicap parking can run out quickly (could use more handicap parking). .

AVOID THIS LOCATION! We’ve been eating at Cracker Barrel for years, and this is the worst experience we’ve ever had in any Cracker Barrel restaurant. My husband ordered the meatloaf, which was cold when it arrived. Our server, Kaleb, disappeared after he brought our food. After waiting for nine minutes, my husband finally flagged down another server and told him his meatloaf was cold. That server went to the kitchen and brought my husband a fresh, hot piece of meatloaf. Our server, Kaleb, eventually returned to our table and my husband informed him that his meatloaf was cold, and that another server was bringing him a new piece. Kaleb never apologized for this nor did he apologize for disappearing on us. My husband did ask Kaleb for a refill on his drink, and Kaleb told him he would bring it right away. Kaleb never brought the drink, though. After waiting for eight more minutes, my husband got the attention of the hostess and asked her if she would bring him a refill and explained to her that our server had disappeared on us. The hostess promptly brought my husband a refill. About 10 minutes later, Kaleb finally returned to our table, and my husband informed him that the hostess had brought his refill. Keleb never apologized for this nor did he explain why he disappeared on us and never brought my husband the refill he requested. (Kaleb wasn’t busy, by the way. He only had one other table.) Kaleb then left our table and returned promptly with our bill in his hand already printed. The only thing he said to us at that point was, “You want your bill now?” my husband and I had wanted to order some peach cobbler, but Kaleb made it clear at that point that he just wanted us to leave. So, we left without ordering any peach cobbler. When we paid our bill at the register in the gift shop, the cashier never asked us about our experience dining there. In spite of this, I told her about our experience. She made it clear that she didn’t care. She never offered to call the manager so we could report our experience directly to him. The cashier’s name was Jamaica, and she was too busy talking and socializing with another coworker to care about our experience. Seriously, this has to be the worst Cracker Barrel in the country.

Nice clean and great food. Actually met old friends there and they gave us a table out of way and told us to take our time and enjoy. Very good place to go.
