Wrong hours of business & phone number has been changed. Placed an order at 7 pm that I was charged for but never made or delivered. Drove by at 9:30 & they were closed when it says open til 10. Even contacted door dash driver & was told my order was canceled but noone informed me of this. They forget items consistently & I will never order from this location again. Worst online service I have ever experienced.

Next time tell the rude lady behind the counter not to ask a customer what they need and then look at me like she is stupid and don’t take my order and then start talking to the lady behind me sitting down completely ignoring the customer right in front of you .might have not walked out if you want better service and friendlier employees go down the street to the one on southwest parkway they have a great attitude I had no problem spending my money there!!!!

No paper plates is acceptable. No Parmesan cheese, unacceptable. Employee rang up another person while I was waiting to be rang up. That person came in after I was already waiting to be rang up and waiting on the food to be grabbed from the hot box. No order of service.

If you’re after cheap pizza, this is where you end up. You get what you pay for though. The service has always been excellent at this location, and I occasionally have a nostalgic hankering for Little Caesars. Let’s face it, Crazy Bread is addictive. They make a decent thin crust pizza, even if I don’t understand why they charge extra to give me less crust. lol

I’ve been trying to call since not quite 2:00 pm. I ordered two hot and ready pizzas and one create your own. I also ordered a two liter of Pepsi that I never got (the reason for my calls). The phone rang until it went to the fax machine. So I had tap water with my pizza despite my being charged for the Pepsi and trying to get help. It was either that or eat stone cold pizza. I like cold pizza, but not the first time I eat it. And because whoever placed the toppings on my create your own doesn’t know what half means, I only got three pieces (leftovers for Everyone else, but not me). I was frustrated, but now I’m just done. I’ve emailed, made numerous calls, tried corporate…yeah I’ll never love anyone’s pizza that much. Keep the Pepsi or return the money. Either way you’ll never receive my business again. Far too many others that answer their phone to put up with being ignored.
