So I am thinking this location is closed and they moved next to Dunkin Donuts on Rte 5! Good pizza though, and they were good about doing carside service during the pandemic, which I was grateful for.

Domino’s Pizza is the best that I have tasted in a long time. Our favorite is the Brooklyn style crust with sausage and cheese and pineapple , thats for me, my wife likes the tater tots and the garlic with parmasean cheese bites. I would definitely buy it again and again.

Pizza slices were cut way off. Very uneven sauce and ingredient distribution on pizza. Perhaps they need more training and basic instructions on how to make pizzas.

As others have said, some cheap manager suddenly decided to stop delivering to my neighborhood under 6 miles away a few months back. I’ve gotten it delivered many times (and I DO tip). I never go here anymore unless I have someone over who specifically wants Dominos. The food isn’t good enough for me to spend the time to drive there and back myself – I’ll get better pizza if I have to go get it.

Pizza was ready and hot right on time The girls greeted me when I came in and were very friendly. They were working hard and it was busy with people in line. They got me right out and I told her she was doing a great job with a smile.

At the new location next to Dunkin. They got a new oven. Pan Pizza (overloaded) the way we like aren’t raw anymore. More times than not, the “Guy’s “ do a great job! People are human make mistakes. If you’re nice about they are nice about fixing it. They have a Delivery Driver who parks in the Handicapped space. Dude, think about someone whose lost their legs, had a stroke, or has a Chronic illness. Aside from it being ILLEGAL for your lazy A** to park there. You’re just being a World Class Jerk! You are young, healthy, and hopefully you’ll age out of you’re selfishness. Some people live in pain every day. The steps they take, grabbing a pizza is effort. Leave that space for the people who really need it, and all who have Served and earned it. Thanks.

I have no idea what has happened to Dominos. They were so much better at the old location. They get to the new location and have lost all sense on how to do business. New management.. not sure but it is not a well oiled machine. I’m guessing manager and assistant manager do not know how to communicate, all they do is argue back and forth. There is no kind of system in place so the co workers have no idea what order goes with what or who it goes to. The guy who is taking the pizzas out of the oven is just throwing it up on the shelf, no ticket no nothing. They are rushing everything and dropping things and having to do orders over. Its total chaos in there and I truly hope they get it together.

My go to for pizza now. I went in to order to go and I could see the whole back area and where the pizzas made. Very clean kitchen and trust worthy faces preparing the food. Employees seemed happy so the food is always made better by upbeat personnel. Say no to the Poppa slop and order from this place. Not stingy with toppings either. Thanks Charlotte Hall Dominos

The Dominos in Charlotte Hall MD used to be a pretty decent location to order pizzas and such that weren’t overpriced or break the bank. I’m not certain when it changed ownership, but was told when I last tried to place an order for delivery, that the new owner’s policies had changed and they would no longer deliver my location. Just so you know, I live 6.9 mi away and a 9 minute drive via Waze. And I’m not talking about a 6.9 mi and the District of Columbia, a smooth country back road drive. Wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but I was entertaining and didn’t want to leave my house. I’m keep in mind I wasn’t just ordering two medium pizzas, was going to order 6 large pizzas and whatever sides like wings or whatever that my guests were craving. Not the end of the world, I had a friend that was en route for the get together and offered to pick the food up if I placed the order. I can tell you that the the toppings weren’t evenly distributed on the pizza, and it didn’t seem like they used enough sauce and also had to be recut which isn’t always that uncommon. Also found that the wings were cold, my friend was there on time to pick the stuff up but apparently he had to wait for one of the pizzas that wasn’t ready or had forgotten to be prepared. The delivery thing is what really irks my nerve, because a Papa John’s and a Pizza hotline that are a quarter mile farther than that my Domino’s will deliver. I can honestly tell you that I won’t be ordering from there again. If I have to go to pick up food that’s not consistently made, I will drive the extra 3/4 of a mile and get a Ledos pizza for carry out or use Pizza hotline for delivery in the future.
