Unfortunately, I had a poor experience here. I had to wait for my order for almost half an hour. There were may be 4 people ahead of me waiting for their order when I placed mine, and seemed like their staff doesn’t really care about what’s going on. One of the staff members was busy with the containers and dishes. The other one was just hanging out like it’s a party, and then the guy who was preparing the orders didn’t know anything about food apparently. He didn’t know the ingredients to anything and no one was helping him either. It was just a waste of time and money since my order wasn’t as per expectations either, when I order a javachip frappe and got something which felt like a stale sweet milkshake. Worst experience at a Starbucks inside target. Worst!!! I would seriously request the management to pay attention to the quality of service and waiting times here, otherwise you might start losing business right and left before you know it. If you need to, please hire more staff and train them to respect customer’s time. Thank you

Asked for a White Chocolate Mocha w/ 2 pumps of caramel syrup. They put ZERO coffee in my cup. It’s straight syrup. Mocha’s are not straight white. No it’s not whip on the top either I stirred it around and the entire drink is white. Thank you for the expensive cup of syrup.

I have had a many a Starbucks coffee. And have ordered from many places around the world. This is the only place I have ever just gave up and requested my money back. I like the white chocolate mocha and my guest ordered a ice coffee, neither were made correctly and the crew did not seem to care. This store is in a Target and I had to go to Target’s customer care to get a refund. And then I had to call Starbucks to finally get the refund. What a pain.

First, this store is in Target. I have that. They should call these Starbucks Express or something like that. These locations are not nearly as nice or comfortable as a real Starbucks. It’s cold and somewhat run down. The people were nice enough but this was not “the Starbucks experience” that we all know and love. I went 15 minutes out of my way to come and sit for a bit with my coffee before my next appointment. Very disappointed to learn I would be sitting in Target.

I’ve found that these Starbucks located within Targets are not up to standards of standalone Starbucks. The people are friendly enough but the drinks and food seem to be a little ‘off’ and the tables are rarely cleaned off (why can’t someone spend a few minutes wiping things down rather than chatting with co-workers and customers?)
