I was very shocked with how great my order was prepared. The last couple of times was not so good but tonight was like a brand new pizza place. I even called the restaurant and spoke with the manager bragging on how great our meal was. The manager told me they have finally gotten some help and getting better product to use.

I will advise anyone I know or come in contact with that it would be in their best interest to never order from this place again. My elderly mom lives in the nursing home in etowah and ordered a large pizza but received a medium pizza. She was however charged for a large and when nurse called them on her behalf they refused to do anything about it. If you care about your family or yourself not being taken advantage of DO NOT order from this domino’s.

Somehow they managed to make my hand tossed pizza thinner than a thin crust. Even the crust was about 2 nickels tall and they forgot the cheese. Didn’t call to complain, I’m just over domino’s in Etowah at this point.

They never answer the phone and the app never works so the point in this location being open is completely pointless. It’s beyond frustrating especially when I have literally already planed a family get together and that was what was supposed to be what was served but instead we got little Ceazers. It’s ridiculous. So disappointed.

I’m at my weekly pizza and Etowah to get the pizza wrong or missing because it’s been sold to wrong person and they always have a bad customer service so even when I order with weekly same thing they always have an error and everything is always the longest wait very seriously need more help customer support and training please YALL are not my go to as of now
