The shopping center this BK is in is being demolished and rebuilt. That is no BK’s fault but it does mean getting to the drive through is hard. When I placed my oder I received a lackluster ‘OK proceed to the window’ reply. The service seems slow. I just wanted some onion rings for a snack. They seemed a very small. But they were hot and crispy. Not the best BK I’ve been to, but it is close to places I go so I eat here fairly regularly.

We paid in full for our take out orders and didn’t get everything that we paid for – either it’s missing the chicken nuggets, missing bacon in the sandwich, missing coffee. So we have to go back and ask for the missing food,. Staff was upset and worst they didn’t even apologize.

I ordered off the app, once there was told they’re out of the chicken sandwich and the wonderful woman at the window offered a replacement, which we accepted. She then came and told us the manager said no to the replacement and we can always cancel the entire order. They did agree to give us nuggets to which they were out of the choices we wanted. Got home to realize they didn’t give us the fries we paid for. One of the worst experiences at a fast food place due to the manager who obviously has no customer service experience.
