I’m a native Californian then moved to the East. The reason why I stayed that it should be common knowledge that the Italians in that region of the United States thrive on making a delicacy of pizza. It’s a region where most pizza places have to raise their standards because of the amount of straight competition and the flavor of pizza. In other words they don’t play when it comes to Pizza. B&s said I would have to say that Round table is the best representation of a true Pizza. Now that I’m back in California it’s nice to see that they kept their standards there for so long.

I have been a faithful customer of this round table. I ordered a pizza every week for over a decade for delivery. The pizza, staff and especially the delivery people were great. Now, they have fired their delivery drivers and hired door dash, who have apparently taken over this business. Over a week ago I ordered a pizza and was told it would be here in an hour. After an hour and a half I called again and was told it should be here soon. I called two more times and was told the same thing. After over two hours I went outside to find they had just dumped the pizza and left without ringing the doorbell or letting me know they were here. The pizza was cold and had a Bug in it and I had to throw it out. I called and told the so called manager, Alexa, who said she would talk to door dash and have them pay for it. I’m still waiting for my refund 10 days later. My transaction was with round table, not door dash and I expect my $31:66 refunded to me immediately.

I don’t want to be that guy, but,this place is trash. Taste nothing like most Round Tables. Quality is garbage. Order was wrong. Food was cold. And what did show up just tasted off. If you order delivery you will be waiting about an hour and a half to two hours. Don’t waste your time or money here!!

Always love the pizza here. This time I was picking up for my kids during their Kung-Fu tournament at a nearby high school. In the process of wrapping things up to go I managed to leave my wallet behind. The young man at the counter didn’t notice it till after I left so had no way to call me since we were a walk-in order. They went and found me on Facebook and messaged me they found it and held it for me. It took a couple hours for me to realize it was missing, so they were real life savers since we were heading back to Seattle the next day.

Pizza is good but poor customer service. Picked up my pizza and asked the lady (forgot to get her name but I think she’s Latina) if I can have some cheese powder packets. She told me I didn’t request for it and showed me the receipt. I asked again and she said the same thing. So weird she was so stingy with cheese packets. Come on, like seriously??!!

We ordered a pizza online and picked it 15 minutes after I placed the order, 5 minutes before the order was supposed to be ready. They gave us super COLD pizza, the crust is not what I ordered and it is rudely tossed mess together. Frozen pizza is 10 times better. Round table is supposed to be so much better, not sure how their location is in business

As far as chains are concerned this is the worst. The manager is unqualified and caused some of us to wait 45 minutes after the time they had told us our pizza would be ready. I hope they can improve. One of the reasons we had to wait so long was she couldn’t figure out how to run our credit card. Time for a mutiny!
