The food and atmosphere were great. We didn’t enjoy the gal at the register taking orders and money. She was not the friendliest and didn’t pay much attention to what we were ordering. Other than that, everything was good.

Walked in at 8:30 (they close at 9) and it looked like they were most of the way done closing the place down. The workers looked at me like they didn’t want me there. Sandwich tasted like it was microwaved. I guess I can’t say the sandwich was too bad (2.5/5). Overall experience: 1/5.

I love FireHouse Subs. There are 2 in COMO. My favorite is the one on Grindstone. The staff there are more courteous and attentive to all the guests, the sandwiches have always been perfect, and they seem to move a little faster. Broadway is generally busier, and the staff there probably can not be as attentive. Today at Broadway Firehouse Sub, my sandwich had the right stuff but put together sloppy so it was a mess to eat and they didn’t even toast my sandwich (if they did it was only for seconds). Still, YES, ID RECOMMEND BOTH as location does have its perks and service is still great at both. Both are clean and it’s great food for a good cause. Support your local firemen.

My girlfriend got the meatball sub, I got the “brisket” hers was under $8, mine was almost $10. Half of whatever “meat” on my sandwich was actually fat. I ate half my sandwich and gave the rest to my dogs and ate the other half of hers. Great job on the meatball. I’m beyond disappointed with the brisket that cost 20% more

I came here twice on my weekend stay in Columbia! Best sandwiches in the city, the chicken bacon ranch was incredible, melt in your mouth GOOD! Did not taste like typical “chain” sandwiches. The man with the glasses making the subs was extremely friendly! Thank you!

Good sandwiches, employees were great… but dont go there if you’re in a hurry… kind of a long wait. The parking lot is small and busy, too, so annoying to get in and out of… but for me, the food was worth the trouble. Yummy!

Everything was great except my husband didn’t get his extra pickle!

We come here everytime we come through Columbia since sadly we live in a small town with no Firehouse nearby. Firehouse is hands-down our favorite sub place, and this location is a great representation of the chain.

Easily the worst Firehouse subs I have ever ordered from. Long wait and when we got home the kids subs were burned to a crisp.
