My husband and I stopped through on our way home to grab some lunch. We had no problem ordering our food. When we got to the window we had our card ready and the cashier took it but didn’t say one word to us. Then she handed us our food and closed the window. As I was getting our food out our fries were great fresh and hot. But our burgers were cold, my bun was so stale it crumbled like a Crouton in my hand. I had the western burger and even my onion rings were cold. They tasted liked they had been made a day ago and just thrown on under my bun. I will never go back. It’s not worth it.

Asked for some onion rings at 0830 and was refused, we all know you pull them out of a freezer and deep fry them. Other locations don’t care what time it is, they make you what you ask for. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and reactions to my request.

Ordered online the Friday before Easter and it said my card didn’t go through, so I tried a different payment method. But apparently I was charged on both and a week after contacting corporate, I still haven’t received a refund for the initial payment. It even lists “canceled” when I look at it on the invoicing, and “temporary hold,” but it’s like my money is lost in limbo and not being returned to me. If they had at least responded to my message to say they were working on it, I wouldn’t be leaving this, but I’m afraid getting me a refund has been lost in the shuffle so I’m writing this to prompt action. If refunded (just the first card that said it would fail – not asking for free food, just to not be charged double for it as $30 right now is closer to $60), I’ll update if I can. OH – and for some reason the online ordering did not have combo options on it! So we were probably charged too much anyway. But I’m not even asking for a refund for that, because I knowingly went ahead and ordered anyway, but pointing it out so they fix this and add combos to online ordering! But I definitely did not knowingly agree to be charged twice!

Bought a Hot ham and cheese and a curly fry. The Hot ham tasted very old and disgusting, I had to spit it out. And for as long as u wait in drive thru you would think you would alteast get Hot curly fries but those also were cold and hard like they have sat there for a few hours.

Only customer at the register. The woman behind the counter turned her back on me as soon as I walked in. Another coworker walked up to her and they talked for three minutes while one was fiddling with empty bags. Was never acknowledged or served.

Just received the best loaded nachos I’ve had in a long time!! It was the perfect amount of beef, cheese, salsa & chips. Everything tasted really fresh!! Thank you Bowling Green Hardee’s!! Those Nachos were excellent!! I would have taken a photo but they were just so good I ate it all!

Breakfast is alright here but lunch was one gigantic disappointment. Cold food, stale buns, and my kids fries were a joke! This is how they came. Didn’t fill the fry bag and we can see why, they grabbed the COLD crumbs from both the normal fries and the curly fries. So gross! Never eating here again! Now we know why there was a long line at DQ and an empty parking lot at Hardees.

Wife and I went there for lunch. I payed with a debit card and the cashier gave us a bag fairly quick. I checked. It wasn’t our order. We gave the bag back to the manager and showed him our receipt. He gave us our bag and we got home. Everything was cold and my wife’s Frisco was missing the beef patty. We called them and talked to manager Bruce who did the order and he said we should of checked it. He was real rude. I then filed a complaint with corporate.

Where to start… after ordering our food trying to find a clean table to sit at took a few minutes. Looks like they hadn’t cleaned them off for awhile. Trash sitting on them and food pieces everywhere. Not like they were busy with customers that they couldn’t wipe down the tables but it looked like they were more occupied with talking to each other than make sure the dining room was clean. Got our food and both sandwiches were cold along with the fries. Highly doubt I will stop back in here again to eat.
