The girl taking the orders has no personality at all. The french fries have been fried and refried and very greasey the gravy is like water. Would give them no ⭐ but that’s not an option.

My husband has gone here several times at 7pm to get a blizzard and they are not open. Hours say 9pm. Would be nice if they either had the correct hours or stayed open as long as they are suppose to.

We took our grandsons to DQ today and had a wonderful experience. We had steak fingers, tacos, fries, onion rings and various ice cream treats. All the food was piping hot and delicious! The dining area was clean too. I only saw 3 employees… but they were working pretty hard. Anyway, it was a wonderful experience and we’ll be back soon!

Person at window did not seem to know what he was doing. I had a very simple order and he kept getting it wrong. Ordered Diet Dr Pepper , tasted awful so I exchanged for Diet Coke. I was the only person in drive thru and It took forever . Paid over $15.00 for very mediocre meal ( steak finger basket).

The Silletti Family Life of a Family of 8!!
Worst customer service and management I’ve dealt with. Chicken sandwich bread was hard the burger was messed up and then wanted us to pay to have it fixed. Drinks where under poured so didn’t even get much in our cups. Kidmeal came just thrown in a bag with other food and fries all at the bottom of bag. Don’t recommend and won’t return.

First time going to this Dairy Queen since I moved here. I ordered a blizzard and fries, There was of a lot of what I think might be worms. The fries looked like they were a day old. The lady that took my order dropped my fries on the ground. Hope I don’t get sick!

April Showers
First time to eat from this location and it will be the last. I was so unimpressed and felt ripped off that i will not be giving it a second chance. I ordered their 6 piece chicken strip country basket for $10 to take home to share with my fiancee and as we progressed to try to make a meal out of it, we were very disappointed.. the chicken strips were small and very dry, their was no piece of toast like was suppose to be and the gravy was already all coagulated. Not to mention i had to wait off to the side of the drive through for 15 mins before they brought out my order. The only reason i did not give one star is because the drive through attendant was very friendly.

I was there to get blizzards for my family. They were out of butterfingers. Ok, we picked something else. I asked for a drink carrier, since I was picking them up alone. They were out. Okay, I asked for lids, she said sure. Finally got to the window and sat and waited 10 minutes for our order (3 blizzards). When the guy brought the order to the window there were no lids, so I told him….”I needs lids for those.” He starts yelling, and I don’t know if it was at me or someone else “She needs lids, of course she needs lids!” What was the big deal about putting a lid on there?? I had to ask for spoons, and I asked for napkins I didn’t get. I don’t know….just didn’t feel warm, friendly, or welcoming.

We drove thru to get our food. The steak finger basket was very good! The breading on the meat was crunchy, the fries were perfect, and you just can’t beat a Dairy Queen Blizzard on a hot Texas day!

Don’t even bother choosing this Dairy Queen if it’s the night shift working! If you are truly hungry for this food choose Decatur or Bowie locations. (Just to get better food and service is worth the drive) Customer service is HORRIBLE! They never answer their phone anymore for takeout orders or it takes multiple calls just to get through. They talk to their coworkers while taking the order and then, not surprisingly, the order is wrong. I had one employee, who has only been there 3 weeks, argue with me for a good 3-4 minutes over food that used to be on the menu. SERIOUSLY?! We’ve lived here over 40 years, I believe we’d know over a 3 wk employee. Then most times after ordering, I get hung up on. This is just the latest example of how the night shift is, but it is a common experience here of late. We won’t be giving our service to them again until they can hire some people who know the definition of customer service and how to provide it!!
