I recently had a small issue with my phone order placement process, my order was never delivered to the store. However, the exceptional service provided by the night team member at the store completely made up for it. Despite the order not being received at the store, the team member went out of their way to make a fresh pizza promptly, ensuring a short wait time and going above and beyond to guarantee top customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I had a great service experience at Papa John’s and highly recommend it to others!

This place is incapable of cutting a pizza in squares no matter how many times I order and specify. Their reccomendation is to order and then call, but wait, there is no way to get a hold of them because PJ Corporate has installed a call center line. Totally incompetent. Move HQ back to Louisville and bring back John S. He knew how to be customer focused.

I ordered my pizza and tracked it only to have the tracking timeframe move from 5-15 more min from the original timeframe. Then as I’m tracking I’m outside the hotel waiting and NO pizza/deliveries! But my tracking says Delivered! Then I call only to be told I will get a full refund and nothing!! Now the place is closed!!

I ordered a pizza and it was never delivered. I called the store and Mr. Wallace explained how DoorDash is now used to help with deliveries. He went into detail and let me know that although it is helpful, it is not the smoothest system. He assured me that my pizza would be remade and he would make sure that it was delivered ASAP. He delivered on this promise and I am definitely appreciative.

The food is always so good but the delivery times are horrible. There’s a much older man who always delivers the pizzas and it takes him forever. He sits in his car for like over 5 min every time after arriving supper late as usual. The manger is really nice and understanding.

I’ve ordered here a dozen times, and they’ve messed up the order 1/3rd of the time. I ask for extra sauce and extra cook time. You leave out that sauce it turn to dry cardboard. You remove the extra cook time, then it’s slightly under cooked.
