The lady on the phone who took our order was told FOUR times NO WE DONT WANT THE CHEESY ALFREDO we want the chicken Alfredo THEN we wanted french fries without jalapenos, THREE freaking times we had to keep telling her !!!!!! Then we pick up our order AND THE FRIES WERENT EVEN ON OUR ORDER !! then we call up there to be told we waited to long to call and complain, like ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?!?! The worst part is that lady is a manger. That women is so remedial she needs to file for mental disability benefits !!!! How in the world is that persoon a manager ?!?? She can’t even take orders for crying out loud!!!

Normally, I would not complain but the entire experience was completely terrible. For starters, I paid for my order (including tip) with Apple Pay. Upon arrival, the delivery driver told me that I had a balance of $3.99. I immediately contacted the store to inform them that I paid in full with Apple Pay and I was informed that a portion of the drivers tip did not go through on the transaction even though the entire amount had been taken out of my bank account. I asked if I could pay over the phone the $3.99 so the driver could get his tip (mind you, the correct amount had been taken already). I was told by Tom that this was an impossibility and since I didn’t have cash to give the driver, the driver wasn’t going to receive a tip which really upset me because it’s not the drivers fault, nor my fault, that this was happening. Anyways, Tom had the driver leave and that was that. Halfway into eating my salad, I noticed there was a cockroach (see image) and immediately called the store. I spoke to Tom who seemed shocked and apologized. I sent the images of the cockroach in my salad via text message and email; I was offered store credit or a new salad which I politely declined because why would I ever eat there again? It’s very unacceptable that I was not allowed to receive a refund for my order and I am extremely disappointed with how everything unfolded. If you order from here, make sure you check your food thoroughly and know that if you get a cockroach in your food, you’ll have no option but to receive store credit that you’ll never use. I travel to Northeast Ohio regularly and will definitely be supporting other establishments that, not only treat their employees properly, but also make sure to hold themselves accountable.

Two times I have asked for light cheese extra sauce…this is my cheese that I peeled off the top ( at least 3 cups). I specifically asked the young girl working because last time they did the same. This light cheese in a ball ……I think the person thinks it is funny as this the second time I have 3 cups of cheese..when I ask for light cheese. Looked at the pizza before…the girl that took the order put her head down….as a spoke to a gentlemen there about how to get a light cheese pizza. He offered to make a new one, but it was late at night. I am sure it was very funny to her!

We called. This stupid call center answers. She takes our info takes the card charges the card puts me on hold and then proceeds to tell me they are sold out and just hangs up the phone. She charged our card and now we are out the money for the pizza and bread sticks. I called back and they put me on hold and just let me sit there until they closed. Pizza hut is seeming to have the worse ordering system if you call. Be warned do not trust pizza hut to do their job.

This is the new Ultimate cheesy crust pizza for 12.99 Not only was there no cheese in the crust there was no cheese in the center of the pizza. Will not order anything from this location ever again.
