Food is usually a hit or miss. Either it will be great food or it will taste like it’s been sitting or made super poorly. The service is usually great and the drive through area looks nice too. Not as great/consistent as some T.B. establishments but not the worst.

Tables were all wiped down. I was in after the lunch rush. I visit a lot of Taco Bells and this one was top notch. The food was prompt, well prepared and it was just the right temperature. Kudos to your staff and thank you.

Taco Bell on Henry always is disappointing. The past few times I’ve been in my orders completely messed up. Items are missing if I don’t check at the counter or the drive thru window. They don’t follow Any ads ons or take offs from the meal my husband is allergic to tomato’s and we put no tomatoes on his supreme and they coated it. We had been told someone will be right with you and never had anyone come greet us or get our cups. My niece never got her slushie we paid for and we bought a “valcano taco” just to NEVER GET IT. No other Taco Bell in town is this ridiculous with costumer service. The DoorDash er who was waiting with us had two pick up orders which were up and ready and it took them over 7 minutes to stop dancing around and messing with eachother to get the door dashes to the poor lady. I’ve worked the service industry for three years this is not how a business should be acting or treating guests. Will not be coming back to this location until things have changed.

I went to Taco Bell this evening. I asked for a number one with mountain dew with fresh nacho fries. My fries were cold and mushy. I didn’t know if order something you don’t get it. I go one taco because the person in the window was too busy yakking somebody ear off to listen to the order. Which he was training this person.

Every single time o go to ANY taco bell location the ordet is never right. Mainly its not putting any sauces in bag or not getting napkins. I wouldnt normally mind, but something is missing or wrong every time.
