Ordered a small cheesesteak combo. Instead of a Subbys cheesesteak, I got a poor imitation of an Arby’s roast beef on a sub bun that was so tough was like chewing leather. Ever since the owner of Subbys started not caring about quality but how fast the orders were put out, this brand has gone downhill. Now that every location is a franchise they’ve really hit rock bottom. This is my last and final ever visit to any Subbys.

Subby’s is always a fan favorite of mine. I have been going there since I was a kid and the food has only gotten better. I will preface that it is an acquired taste and some may not like it. PRO TIP: Get the Junior size chili with provolone cheese. it is always FANTASTIC!!! I love that they still sell Mike Sells chips as well. Cookies are always a great add on as well.

Just got here the website says they are open doors are locked . I tried to call them they turned the lights off . im so disappointed!!!. in this atoe. Last time I gave a 5 star . this no star!!! Sitting here in front if store calling my husband to what else he wants. So far there have been 4 other people stop by for subbys.

The super sub was good, the staff were swift with the order although it was a quiet Friday mid morning, but I can’t help but feel that the $16.50 for a sandwich, fried mushrooms and a drink is still fairly steep given that alternative sandwich shops can do a foot long for a similar price. The restaurant was clean and reasonably kept, could do with a bit of an update on the decor but wouldn’t add to the value of meals of course!

I like the food. I love the chili, a turkey sub on wheat bread, and the french fries. They serve Pepsi products and have bottled iced teas. My dad likes the tuna sub served cold. One kid eats free per adult meal purchased. I docked one star because the place needs a serious update– fresh paint and fresh flooring and maybe even new tables, chairs, and booths. The second I stepped inside, it wreaked of old fried food. It’s kinda gross in there.

The chili is very good, but I got some yesterday that was so hot (not spicy, stove hot) one spoonful burned the entire inside of my mouth to the point of skin peeling off the inside of my cheeks. (Mind you, this was doordashed to me so it had no fewer than 15 mins travel time to cool.) A day later my tongue is still tender.
