I haven’t visited since they first opened and tonight I remember why. All I wanted was funnel cake fries and a sundae. First red flag was the sign by the order screen that basically says if you are told they don’t have ice cream to call the number listed on the bottom of the sign. They only had strawberry ice cream. Ok fine didn’t get the sundae but I ordered the funnel cake fries. For the amount of time I waited for my order they should have been hot..nope..Luke warm at best. Then the cashier didn’t give me all my change I had to ask for that. All this took every bit of 20-25 minutes. Never visit an establishment where management can’t trust their staff..that means you shouldn’t either.

This place is terrible! I will never come back to here! I ordered a five piece chicken wings and two funnel cake fries, and I didn’t discover until I drove off that they didn’t give me the funnel cake fries, when I went back they said they were out of them. The girl was very rude and asked for a refund and they said they don’t give refunds and they slammed the to-go window while I was still speaking. I even spoke to the head manager on the phone from the assistant manager and she wouldn’t give me the refund either and said come back tomorrow. I went back the next day and they gave me the funnel cake fries but not the 5 piece chicken wings. Terrible management and over priced!!!

This location is horrible. I ordered for delivery and they didn’t include items I paid for in my bag and my order arrived incorrectly. I tried calling the restaurant what seems to be over 50 times and never received an answer. They should hire better more professional staff immediately or close this establishment down!!

I never take time out of my day to leave reviews but I am just a little fed up. I actually go to this location often and the workers are wonderful and food is always on point. It’s the manager(black male) who’s attitude is absolutely disgusting. I honestly hate when he takes my order it’s never a pleasant experience.
