We’ve passed by Shake Shack so many times and every time we pass by I always say we should try this place. Well today we made a point of trying it out. Plenty of seating, the kiosk for ordering was user friendly and they have lots of choice for eating (burger, chicken, hot dog and mushroom) and the restaurant is as clean. I ordered the bacon cheese burger and a side of fries. The food is made as you order it so that’s a big plus. When the burger got to the table I was disappointed. It’s seemed so much smaller than the picture and the presentation was subpar. However the burger did taste good and the bacon was cooked perfectly (crispy but still a little chewy). The fries were standard. The sever who brought us our food (Sabrina) was very pleasant and the manager seemed to be a very sweet and accommodating person. The greeter was polite and willing to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was pleasant. Too bad that burger looked like a kids meal.

No employees except for those who work in the kitchen and bring food out. One employee came out to maintain about 10 minutes later. No soda fountain available…sucks. I had to wipe down my own table. Sad that they ask you for a tip when you pay at a kiosk beforehand and really there isn’t much service. I would expect food to come out faster. Overpriced for what you get. No kids meals offered. Not kid friendly at all. For the money, I would get faster service and more food at Wendy’s. I ordered a double cheeseburger to split with my son, as I would go broke having to order him a meal. I also got a small fry, a small drink, and a custard….4 items for $24. This is a crazy ripoff for poor customer service. 80% of the tables are full with no food on them. It’s like they are short staffed. I would be begging for a refund now if I wasn’t so hungry. All I see are people waiting for food. Parking ia terrible due to location of it being crammed in a mall location. Time to get it together. Ordered at 1:14pm…..food arrived at 146pm. 32 min later. The custard is such a small portion and so was the fries.

This place is delicious!! I love this shake shack, they have great customer service and I like how they bring the food to you which is definitely something that not a lot of places do. The bacon cheese fries I love, wish they had ranch. The shakes here are pretty good too! They are really filling.

Burger was excellent but small. You have buy everything separately, no combo’s here, which makes you spend more money. Fries were small portion for the money but delicious. So, if you are looking for a good burger with excellent service, I would recommend this place.

I love the food here ❤️ this place is full everytime we have been there, but the service is good. You can order by yourself in the entrance, get a number and find a place to seat. Later, a member from the staff brings your recent cooked meal to the table. They are very nice!

Food was good, but I’m coming back for Sabrina’s amazing service. Greeted my wife and I with a pleasant presence, made sure we were we were okay, got us sauces, and refilled our drinks before we could even think about asking.
