I looked online to see the menu and check pricing, I didn’t want to order online because I wanted it to be fresh and hot and I didn’t know how long it would take to get there. I looked at the 3 piece big box meal, I looked at the price for dark (2 thighs, 1 leg) and it stated it was 11.99, then I looked at the white (2 breast, 1 wing) and it was 11.99 also. So I went to the Orem location (which is the one I was on in the web page for the pricing and order the white meat meal and they charged me $2.50 more and stated it was for the white meat. After that, I told them that the price on the net was different than in the store yet on the web it does not state that the pricing was for the net. After that they did take $1.50 off the total but still charged and up charge of $1.00. I go to KFC a lot and I’m always having some issues with the difference between the net and store. You need to make your net page clearer because I travel aways to get KFC and I don’t like have issues with the people because they may not be aware of what is on the net. I go to the net to see the menu and price so I know what I’m getting and what to order.

They are always short on staff but they definitely are on their feet multi-tasking in different positions. Gotta love the chicken here! They are hot and crispy as well their gravy and biscuit! Service is good despite being short-staff.

The chicken was meh, not as tasty as our has been in the past. The potatoes looked like they skimped on adding the instant potatoes and were translucent. The Mac”n-cheese tasted like paste. The Cole slaw was runny. With all the restaurants upping their game, KFC still tastes the same or worse than when I was a kid. You have a fairly great chicken product, but are in serious need of revamping the nasty side dishes. We won’t be eating here again.

I got the Famous Bowl for lunch today, and I think it had about half as much chicken in it as I usually get. There were about 6 chicken pieces, but there’s usually closer to 10. I was left a bit hungry even after finishing the bowl…

Don’t plan on coming here if you want a quick bit of chicken but not all the sides. I ordered the 4 piece chicken box without the sides and drink, expecting it to be cheaper because it’s less food and less work. Heavens no. I was charged almost $4 extra as an “A La Carte” fee?? So the price equals out and they get their money either way. Workers were very nice and quick but that’s such a slimy thing to do

I stopped into this location for a beverage and to use the restroom while I waited for someone. When I asked for the key to the restroom a short Hispanic gentleman at the counter said the bathroom was for customers only with an attitude. I’m not sure who put this guy with a napoleon complex in charge of the mighty bathroom key. But me and my money went next door to Dennys.
