This is honestly the best place to eat if you love Mexican food . It’s downtown on the East end Spring Valley, and I promise you will not be dissapointed. You are served homemade chips and salsa right in the beginning. The chips alone are the perfect kind of flaky and crunchy, unlike those processed fake chips you get at most places. The food smelled so good that I couldn’t resist to take atleast one bite before I took the picture so sorry, not sorry! I have allergies and the staff were very kind to understand and help me choose the right dish and they can modify things since everything is cooked fresh so I had no worries! I ordered the Flautas and I got to choose whether they were chicken, beef or steak and I chose steak. Now, alot of places you go the meat is tough or really greasy and the shell is usually overcooked so you break your teeth on the outside, but not this food. The steak was tender and juicy which was soooo good and the outer shell was flaky, chewy, and had a good amount of toughness, they have the perfect amount of chewy but not soggy and IT was full of savory goodness, with the lettuce and tomatoes and what not. The guacamole was that perfect creamy but thick…. like… ice cream , and it had that little bit of crunch with the onions and tomatoes, which was the perfect combination. My husband gave me a bite of his Birilla (sorry for the spelling if its wrong), tacos and gave me a bite and oh boy was it good! You definitely need to check this place out. Their Sopes are so delicious i had one two days in a row & my husband loved their Birrai tacos & said his steak enchilada was the best he’s had ..now I’m not gonna mention the name of the place I went yesterday over by target but I wanted to try their sope & it was half the size of Los Pistoleros & I had to grab a knife to cut into it & the knife wouldn’t even cut it Los Pistoleros blows that place away … Our next order i will post pics of everything we get ..

Had the Mexican style chicken and American style beef tacos. Tried a friend’s steak fajitas and WOW were they good! Everything was full of flavor, and the service was great. I’ll be back!!
