Bought a cake for my husbands 40th birthday with double crunch..that’s all we got. The outside and top of the cake was ice cream but the ENTIRE inside was just crunch, no fudge to hold it all together. We cut open the cake and it just poured out. Never again will I get a cake from here again. It’s too bad that the only thing that was amazing was the way the cake was decorated. However, it was ruined by the inside.

Went to get blizzards and a lady with pink and blue long hair was working the window…she saw ours were too full to put lids on and used the same drink lid to remove the extra off each…smearing/contaminating each one with the previous flavor. Luckily we do not have any allergies but definitely something to be aware of for some that could have a severe reaction. Peanut butter base shared amongst us all. On top of that she used napkins to clean them off and put the used ones in our bag so the inside and outside was covered! Laziness and lack of consideration for others.

When I truthfully say I did not know what else to do but laugh. That’s exactly what I did. Short staffed so I give them all credit but my ice cream sat up waiting to be handed to me as it melted away. So when the employee finally went to give me the blizzards that started to melt. She used a flat lid & so she didn’t crush the ice cream at the top she scooped it off into the garbage can instead of using a normal ice cream lid that would of fit it all just fine. Very comical glad they threw away perfectly good Ice cream.

Kids meals are 1 cent less than a regular adult meal. Very small portions and tiny drink and kiddy cone. Won’t be back !

Ask for light mustard and ketchup on hot dogs….there was so much put on them …by just picking one up….I had it on my hand…shirt …pants…and truck. Tastes like a mustard sandwich….not sure if someone is being funny or what…this has happened before…doubt ill be back…

So what’s with this place as far as consistency. I could go to the place 5 nights in a row for ice cream with the kids and order the same thing and it will be made 5 different ways. I usually will get the peanut buster parfait, and its always different! Sometimes it’s so hot it’s a milkshake. Sometimes almost no peanuts. Sometimes so much chocolate it’s overpowering. I don’t understand how there’s not a spec on it. Also, prices are going up there so much that I might as well go to sweet frog. We are definitely not going to be coming often anymore
