Tried this place for the first time tonight, and it was incredibly disappointing. Beautiful inside and the two employees were nice enough, but the food was just terrible. I got the duo combo with one beef burger and one crispy chicken and fries. The burger was not good at all, but if I only got the burger, I would not have taken the time to write this review. I would have just never gone back to this place. But the chicken sandwich was so terrible that it inspired me to write my first ever review. Take a look at this unappetizing, burnt chicken sandwich. The patty was more flimsy than the charges against Bill Gambino and Stan Rothenstein. I felt sorry for this piece of cheese. I would be embarrassed to serve this to someone who paid money for it. And the fries were not salted. Not at all. Rookie mistake there.

We ordered thru Uber Eats, decided to try this place. Double Lamb Burger ( thin single burger, dry arrived), kid’s burger crumbled upon pick up, and fries that looked NOTHING like the pictures. To top it off everything, I mean everything was cold! Way too expensive to be this bad- I will stick to the other joints that make fresh burgers and fries in the LV. Thank you.

Burgers were dry and overcooked. One burger had bacon on it and had a massive piece of bacon fat on it. Fries were undercooked and not salted. Onion rings were burnt and completely inedible. Spent $35 on 2 meals and burger, and it wasn’t even mediocre food. The gas station next door makes better food than this. Also cook wasn’t wearing any type of hair restraint and we had a hair on the to go container.

This is a nice burger joint. A little on the pricey side of things. A meal running about $9 to $12. It was nice to have a large variety of toppings and meat for the burger. I had a samion burger and it was very tasty. They have sweet potatoe fries ( highly recommend), their normal french fries are like little potatoe chips. They where ok, I personally like them better if they where thinner and more crunchy. They use red onion in there onion rings but I did not care for them much.

I ordered delivery online. I ordered the pick 2 which turned out to be sliders and they were horrible. Burger meat was dry and rubbery, the mushrooms I paid extra for was ONE mushroom and the chicken lettuce wrap was a nightmare! How they can use the word gourmet should be a crime!! And expensive…over $10.00 for two sliders!!!! Worst fast food experience EVER!!!

Tried this place because I’m always in the mood for a burger, I walked in and establishment is looks clean and modern. I was surprised to see the menu prices are not expensive like some people have said in previous reviews, this is less expensive then a meal at five guys and the burgers are like five guys but not greasy and wet like five guys. This has it’s own style and taste but nothing to go out of your way for but mainly because living in town I would chose this over five guys.

This was a disappointing burger experience for many reasons!! The burgers are SMALL. The takeout order was completely messed up. Requested fried onions were raw, the requested bacon was on the wrong burger, and the fries are NOT EVEN the fries they advertise on the site. They are the bagged, frozen regular french fries, not the advertised unique fries that they advertise. Fries and food was cold. DISAPPOINTING! Let’s not forget to mention that I paid over $50 to feed three people who were still hungry. This is completely overpriced for what it is!!

The crispy chicken is nothing more than a frozen chicken patty that was over fried. The fries would have been good if they were hot. The burger patty is as thin as paper. Do not eat here. We got our money back and went to Sheetz!
