The employee who greeted us didn’t seem to know what he needed to be doing. Before ringing us up, he needed to repeatedly go and grab things that he forgot for the same table. When he was finally able to take our orders, he talked so fast before we could finish saying what we wanted. He didn’t even give my brother any chance to order something else before telling him what he owed. As we were waiting for our orders, there seemed to be a lot of yelling and laughing. Which I am all for a positive work environment, but they seemed to be distracted because they also gave the same table he forgot things on, the wrong sandwich. Our fries were over salted, and the barbecue burger my brother ordered didn’t even have the sauce on it. Very disappointed with this experience!

Disappointing! The roadhouse wrap is something I look forward to and it seems as though they look for excuses not to be open for breakfast. During covid they didn’t open till 11. And today they are closed for a meeting. Why would you be closed for a meeting on Saturday morning? Or better yet why even open at all as the rest of the food is no good. I gave it one star because there wasn’t an option for no stars. Never going back.

Tried to chargee 3.19 for a water cup. I went next door and bought a 3$ water. Won’t be stopping there to eat ever again. The girls 3 that were working were so busy hanging out talking towards the back when I saw 2 of them look at me and not help. Just needed a to go bag. Poor customer service but I guess that’s all they can hire.

Hard for me to give 5 stars to a fast food restaurant but this one checked all the boxes. I had never seen cling wrap over children’s booster tears before but this shows that they were cleaned and sanitized. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Food was serve quick so it was still a fresh and hot. I love that they have the entry box so veterans can get a free meal once a month. Good job.
