Probably the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! So much so I’m writing my review from the parking lot. They truly strive to make their customers happy! Exceptional even while they are swamped from Easter Holiday they still made it a point to immediately fix my situation with my order. Superior customer service in my opinion!!

Absolutely fantastic BBQ husband got the pulled brisket and wow that was amazing. Tender and not over cooked. The flavor is fantastic. I loved the baked potato definitely my favorite and it is huge. If I could give more stars I would. I’m pregnant and holy cow this is my favorite craving right now.

Hubby is not a fan of BBQ. He eats this! It’s good! I personally think the pulled pork is very good. I can’t say it’s like my dad’s burying a pig in a pit and smoking it all night good but, since my beloved dad is no longer with us, Thank God for Hog Wild! I may be known to stop here and eat without the hubby. Sshhh

Ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving the past two years. Both times a great experience and every one loved the turkey!! We have also eaten in restaurant many times. Always good and quick to get our food.

Loved the food! The employees were not professional at all. One girl was yelling and dancing all over the place. We could hear there music over the lobby music and when we walked in there was no “welcome in” or anything like that. No hello either. The first thing they said was “are you ready”. No smiles from any of them, they all had blank expressions and were not friendly. We saw the employee eat from the bin of meat and then not change her cloves!!! Would not recommend!

Our Thanksgiving plans changed last minute so I had to scramble to figure out dinner. The manager helped me decide how much meat I needed and I was able to walk out with plenty of turkey and ham and he made sure to explain heating instructions. Thanks for helping save the day!

I’ve eaten here before and the food was good, but something was wrong this time. The ribs were mushy. Not the meat… the bones. I’ve never seen mushy bones before. You could literally put a plastic fork through the bone and squish the bone between your fingers. The meat was cooked but somehow didn’t taste smoky at all.
