Ordered this past Monday. I honestly thought that this location being in a “nicer” area what have higher standards. It was a fairly large order so checking it all before I got home would have been hard. They left out my chips and nachos, one of my cinnamon twists, grilled chicken burrito prepared incorrectly, the burrito supreme was smaller than the value menu chicken burritos. The Mexican pizza was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen come out of Taco Bel , half of it had so insides , I got the new burrito with cheeses toasted to it and they forgot the jalapeño and the bell grande was half the size it should have been, but they did made sure to give me about 87 sauce packs when I requested 8.

Hours of operation are based on employees not the franchise apparently. Don’t waste your money. Location is terrible. Sat at drive through for 10 mins at 11:50pm when it says they close at 1am. Nothing. No acknowledgement at all when there are 3 employees walking around the kitchen.

There was a piece of plastic in my burrito. It looked like a broken piece of a cup lid. I went inside to let the manager know and she said “we don’t have those here”. No apology, just basically called me a liar. How can lazy people like this be allowed to handle food???

This is the worst taco bell in Texas. I had to sit in the drive through 45 minutes waiting. Nobody came out to tell us why it was taking so long or apologized when finally providing the order. I will never go back because this was not the first time. But it will be the last!

It’s Taco Bell. They were super busy and the truck with supplies had not delivered. Many of the staff were “out”…the few that made it in were on task and made it happen anyways with great attitudes! Seriously, this is the crew you want!!!! Give these people raises!!!!

Ordered a cheese quesadilla around 11:30 pm. Part way through I started having a crunchy sensation and found these hard, almost gravely dark brown/black pieces. I have no idea what they are, they weren’t in the rest of the quesadilla; only one section. Super hard and crunchy, not sure if it was feces or burnt spices or what. Didn’t look like insects, but I have no clue what it is. Some pieces were bigger, and when crushed with my finger mail because kinda sandy. Sorry for the gross picture. Will never eat here again.
