First time ordering from here and we ordered crab sticks, chef salad, cheeseburger, 10 old bay wings and fried pickles. Everyone loved their food. I sampled EVERYTHING we ordered, and can attest it was great… fried pickles were weird but ok still. The rest was fantastic. Ordered door dash so I can’t speak for customer service but all else was on point.

Horrible! I couldn’t even get it off the counter for I immediately asked for my money back! It’s nothing like the Americas Best on Blue Water in Odenton. This one on Hospital drive is trash!!!! The whiting was burnt in old grease ! And then the “owner” , “manager” whomever he was asked if I wanted it to be remade after I just asked to keep the fries as the cashier took my refund out the drawer. I asked was he complimentary giving my money back and he yelled “ why would I give you money I’d I remake, I have no business , no manager and I work here!”

Went inside to order, never been inside before. I was going to wait inside but the tables were dirty. Ketchup and other spots on tables. Paper and used straw were also on the table. The food is good here but I don’t think I’ll be going back inside. If I do order from here again it’ll just be from a delivery app like Ive been doing.

I have ordered from this place twice. The first time it was grilled fish. The fish was so salty I couldn’t eat past the first bite. The second time it was 3 whole wings and fried okra and just taste burnt. I will never eat at this place again!

We ordered 20 wings, half with Buffalo sauce and half with 24K Gold sauce. We couldn’t tell the difference. We also bought a slice of vanilla cake and a slice of cheesecake. The vanilla cake tasted like it was baked months ago. We’re scared to try the cheesecake. Don’t eat the cake!

Stopped to get a steak and cheese sub. It was 91 degrees out side and must have been 100 inside the restaurant made it very uncomfortable and to top it off their sodas in the self serve soda refrigerator were room temperature at best, every one of them was warm and the refrigerator didn’t seem to be even working. Steak sub was just ok or average. May want to call ahead for takeout so you can just pick up and get out of there oven. Not a place to get out of the heat.

I arrived at this establishment at 10:30am they open at 11am I was the 1st customer with 4 12pcs wings with 4 different flavors my total was 56.14. I was told it will be 15mins. So I left came back the 4 orders was on counter, I was told wasn’t mines. they gave the 4 orders to door dasher. turns out it was mines. They were up to 6 customer and I didn’t get mines till 12noon. I asked for my money back or a discount. the owner say it was cashier fault. the customer service is horrible. as a good gesture he should have given something to me., The cashier was new, been on job for 3 days
