Bacon Cheeseburger was great! Very fresh made to order! Fries were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Caffeinated strawberry lemonade and abita draft root beer were great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were actually in the mood for chicken. Instead we decided to dine at the Shake Shack and were in for a real treat. Guests have two ordering options… Kiosk or counter. We chose the counter…no wait time and the service was fantastic. The burgers & crinkle cut fries (a la cart, no combo meals) were delicious. There were bursts of incredible flavors in every bite. The hand spun strawberry shake was on point. As for the lemonade, it was a bit tart for my taste but still pretty good. The sports bar vibe minus the bar was a nice touch. They do offer beer and wine though. The family friendly atmosphere was appreciated. There’s a wonderful patio for good weather dining. Thank you for the great food, service and experience!

Pretty good burgers at Shake Shack. I really like their fries with cheese sauce. It’s gotta be my favorite. They are very crunchy, but soft inside. The crinklyness is so great. Plus dip the fries in the cheese sauce is next level.

I think we all are forgetting it’s 10.00 for a Quarter Pounder meal these days. It really doesn’t bother me to pay a few more bucks for a better product. The burgers are very good and unlike Five Guys, the bun doesn’t disintegrate after the first bite. It’s a good beef, to bun to toppings ratio. A bit overdone and dry. The fries I will pass up the next time. Crinkles aren’t my thing and I like fresh cut. Very little cheese on the fries as well. This spot is REALLY busy. Tables were a bit dirty and I had to sit in someone else’s mess. It doesn’t bother me to pay 20 bucks for a burger and fries however, I want a damn clean table to sit at. I prefer this Burger over Burger-Fi but not Five Guys. I like to add my own toppings and not limit the gluttony.

Exactly service and food. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very attentive guy. He mentioned to us that we had the option of going to the counter or ordering our food at the kiosk. Our food didn’t take long to arrive to us. The burgers had plenty of flavor and the fries were pretty good too. To end our meal, my husband got a coffee malted shake and I got their vanilla custard pie. We will definitely be back to this location. Shout out to the young man that greeted us as we entered. He showed excellent customer service.

I’d heard so much hype about this Burger franchise but never felt compelled to try it till now. Well, let me get one thing out of the way. They are pricey. There’s no combos to speak of, everything is ordered piece meal. The basic burger with a single patty already starts at five dollars and change. Fries, two fifty, drink two fifty. So, the most basic meal is already over ten dollars. Okay, well is there value for the price? No. The burgers here are very small. Like, In ‘N Out burger small. Except over there, you get the whole combo for like seven dollars. I ordered a specialty burger, my combo was fourteen dollars after tax, and looked like a kids meal. It did taste good, but I was left hungry. They probably give those small portions so there’s room for a shake. Which are also pricey at around five dollars. Didn’t try one, but my friend who was with me did and said it was good. So there’s pros and cons. Food was good, but not $14 Happy meal good. You decide if it’s worth it.
