Horrible service the lady making food is rude as can be and barley put any cheese or meat on the bell grande and she told us we have to pay for more when you clearly see more chips then anything. There hasn’t ever been a time we have gotten this and it has looked this way. Just shows how much effort was put into the toppings on this.

This place is absolutely horrible, every single time I try and get food, the employees are rude or the just don’t care yo listen yo your order!!! Take tonight for example. Went to the drive thru. It wasn’t busy it looked like a ghost town. One car in the parking lot )so i figured maybe JUST MAYBE they would for once get it right. Boy was I wrong. Not only was the order wrong, I ordered a # 6 off the menu( 2 chicken chalupas and a crunchy taco) and ordered a soft taco extra along with the rest of what my family wanted. Simple right? Guess not because instead of what I ordered she rang me up for 3 soggy soft tacos with one on the side. This is ridiculous!!!!! You’re not even busy and can’t get it right!!!!! NO EXCUSES

Great customer service….cashier was nice enough to come show us how to put our order in since you have to enter the order yourself on the screen that’s not behind the counter. Oh, I am so glad they brought the Mexican pizza back. It was so delicious without the beans. Restrooms available.

When I got there it took them 10 minutes before someone even took my order I had to ask if someone was even taking orders.Finally someone took my order they past me many times without asking if I needed to order. Then after 30 minutes standing at the counter I had to ask an employee where is my order is under the name Jo, then they said we do not have an order for Jo after standing at the counter for 30 minutes, also I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order to get done. Only one man there took my order and I assume he did not turn it in, but I was standing there and they did not ask me about my order I had to ask them. On Sunday June 4, 2023.

I love Taco Bell! …but not this location, I will never go there again. The wait staff was moody and curt. The tacos were ill-prepared with broken shells. Their store at I-49 and the BK Industrial Loop has far better consistency — both its people and food prep.
