I don’t understand how this place can be less than a year, and it’s already a HOT MESS. I’ve read negative reviews and decided to see for myself. I visited 3 days ago with my family. The drive thru lines stays long, so we went inside. The male manager was sitting with two ppl at the table, another staff member was on break, and one line was open. I had 4 people in front of me. The female cashier had a negative attitude. Not welcoming at all! As she filled orders, she sat the food down on the counter, yelled out the receipt number, and walked away. She didn’t make sure the customer had their order. By the time I got to register, another cashier came. She said, “What can I get for you?” Not a way to greet your customers! We decided to eat in and could barely find anywhere to sit. Most of the tables were dirty. By then, the manager was sitting and watching the staff. He should’ve been helping the line and had someone clean the lobby. He heard me complain about the staff lack of professionalism and offered to get me napkins. When I opened my red beans and rice container, half the food was missing. They need to reshape, reorganize, and rehire.

Ordered a 12pc family meal spicy with the legs mild and a chicken sandwich with extra pickles. The sides are I. Small containers there were no legs and all the chicken was mild. My sandwhich had absolutely nothing on it and was in a plastic baggie reheated with soggy bread. I asked for honey and hot sauce and she said it was in the bag. 4 hot sauce 2 honey and. When I asked for more the girl at the front caught an attitude and handed me 2 more of each. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

went to pick up and online order and the order was not that great . They had no green beans online . The chicken was mostly wings. I placed another order thru the drive thru while waiting on my online order. The employee said do you still want the lemonade its not frozen i said no its ok after looking at so much residue on the machine. It looked like it had no been clean weekly. She said she could not cancel the lemonade after ringing it up. i told her its not like i had puchased it already. I never got the reciept after paying for the order. I went home thinking if she still had charged me for the lemonade. On top of that the a vehicle cut in front of multiple clients and nothing was done except the fact that the took the persons order. The mac and cheese was burnt.

The customer service at this Popeyes is baffling. We ordered online for drive thru pickup. Not only have we been in the line for 30 minutes (5 cars in front of us) but the people in front of us were asked not to pull-up to the window. This is my second time coming since they opened and it’s my last. The first time the chicken was burnt.

It’s only one road for in and out. They just recently opened this Popeyes on Salem Rd, so the restaurant was clean (this was my first time there). The service was fast (no one was ahead of me) I ordered the 6 piece “Ghost Pepper Wings”. They were spicy; but not the spicy that make your nose run. The wings were too breaded and crunchy, not much meat on them.

Is it possible they are making two sandwiches out of one? I bought a blackened sandwich and the meat was flat and very small; it was not even appealing. I think they should change the name from blackened to flattened sandwich . Bye bye Popeyes; I will not eat anymore at your place. I am done. Imagine I paid $4.99 for this piece of garbage.

If I could give this Popeyes stars i most definitely would. My latest bad experience, I pulled up to the speaker to order food for a family member and was told you can’t mix white and dark meat… Ok whatever never had this problem at any other chicken spot or location before, but oh well. When the car in front of me got their order and pulled off I started to pull up to the window and an employee leaned out of the window waving for me to stop not to pull up to the window. This is not the first time they’ve done this either they do it all the time at this location but this time I decided to ask why and was told she had to wait for all her cars to clear but there were no cars in front of me I believe they’re trying to make the wait times at the window seem faster than they actually are. Never had this happen at another Popeyes location before. She also rolled her eyes and mumbled something but I couldn’t understand what she said. Then a few minutes later she tries to hand me the food and tilts the drink forward at the same time and it ended up spilling on my car and on the inside panel of my door which leaked into the power window controls… She looked up and said sorry but I’m not buying it bc she didn’t even offer a napkin so I could wipe off the drink and clean it off of my door. I had to ask for napkins bc here’s another shocker there were none in the bag. This location has only been open a few months and the times I’ve been to the Salem Rd location they’ve been out of chicken… All they serve is chicken how could you possibly be out of chicken??? Or out of sides, out of condiments, missed food in my order, gave me the wrong order, gave me under cooked chicken, let me order and wait til I get to the window after sitting in the line forever only to tell me they’re out… Also the stopping customers from pulling up to the window has happened to others and I’ve seen it, experienced it and heard it from other customers. Obviously they don’t care about customer service or all the bad reviews online bc nothing has changed. I definitely won’t be returning ‼️‼️

I had placed a mobile order prior to arriving at the store, it was like $11. When I got to the window, the cashier was nice. She unfortunately pulled me forward stating they were cooking fries. I moved up and saw about 4/5 cars drive off with their food before I had had enough. I backed up and my bag was at the window, she handed it to me and I left. The fries were fresh I suppose. They weren’t burning my tongue but the temperature was good. When I get home , I notice I have 1 out of the 2 biscuits. Then I bit my chicken wing and it was warm… Then I tried a chicken tender and it was warm. And they didn’t put my condiments in the bag. So it was too many faults to ignore. I went back up there and told them my food was warm. She took the box back through the window (food safety critical) i’m sure. If the health department was there, that 100 would not be on the window. She then gives me a new box of food 2 minutes later and when I drive off, I taste a piece of the tender and it’s cold.. Idk if they’re food heaters aren’t working or if she gave me the chicken I had already had. The wings were hot. But I went on the app and got my money back. Unacceptable! I refused to go back in there because I didn’t want them playing with my food. Sadly they’ve lost a customer. Amongst others who complain on different platforms about this location.

Ghetto, slow, unorganized and unprofessional. They said they only had breast and thighs so I got a two piece meal with two breasts. Then they wanted to try to charge me extra for the second breast, but I only eat white meat and if that’s all you have, that’s your problem, not mine, and I’m not paying for it. So then she takes off the additional fee for the second breast, however, when I check my food before I pull off, there is a breast in a wing in there magically, although they just said they didn’t have any wings. they did not tell me that they put the wing in instead of the two breasts . They were very slick about it. Furthermore, the girls in there working have on scarves and bonnets but no gloves. This is a brand new location and they are always out of something and the attitudes are awful.
