I ordered the veggie pizza bowl. There was hardly any sauce but a lot of water. The cheese was not melted in the middle, still partially cold. I had to go home and drain the water out and add my own sauce. I assume the water was from the veggies but it was not edible. Pretty gross.

I tried their new papa bowl and this is what i got. Its the garden veggie one with way to much grease in it, and thats with look away some of it because of the chesse. I could not eat it at all so beware if you decide to try one of these.

Answered all of our questions. Bought a printer. Employee took the time to explain signage. There were none left on the shelf but he went the back and got us one after checking the signage and inventory! Highly recommend this store!

This place is a joke!!! Website said 31 mins took over an hour, so you know my food was soggy at that point, something you would think a restaurant would know so thanks alot for the dough ball basically!!! Tracker sucks!!! It says where to deliver but of course can’t get that right either. Ironically every time i tip over 15%, it takes my food longer to get, uumm kinda backwards right there but thats fine, i now know not to tip over 15%. Better yet, im just deleting their phone # and don’t bother sending me a coupon for a free pizza or anything like that, i can make dough at home if thats what i choose to eat, don’t need to pay $25 for your dough!!! Done with PAPA JOHN’S UNLESS SHAQ COMES TO SEE ME HIMSELF!!!! And this wasn’t even peak lunch/dinner time, that’s the sad part. Every single time I’ve ordered from here something isn’t right….. thank God yall aren’t brain surgeons!!!!!

Cold food and cannot remember extra sauces when they already skimp on them anyways. Will not order again and their customer service is about as worthless as it gets. You would think when you charge people double the price of Little Caesars or Dominion’s they would at least do a good job of checking orders and keeping food at the very least warm but then again there is a reason they are losing customers.

The order was left on my doorstep with no 2 Liter. I open the two large pizzas both of them were over cooked with (5-6)heat bubbles all over. The six cheese pizza was just a regular cheese. So altogether I spent $38 when it was worth $15. Great job!

Excellent service and delicious food! I called at 11:15am to ask if they could please have the order delivered by noon (it had originally been scheduled for 12:15pm). They arrived with the 4 large pizzas and 2 cheese breadstick orders promptly at 11:55am!! Everything was piping hot and I appreciate them speeding up the order. They also double cut the pizza and it helped with our kids. Everyone loved the pizza and we will order again in the future.

Just another Tuesday? Not for Alex, who I believe is the mgr. I placed an order online. However once I got the email I noticed the discount amount was incorrect. I called the store and Alex saw the error and fixed it. I don’t order often (watching my weight) but this experience will guarantee that when I do, it will be from this location!!

I have been a customer of Papa Johns since my family moved to Williamsburg in 2002. Never had an issue until I tried to redeem some points for the first time last night and was told I could not for whatever reason. Without going into more detail, the manager, Mikey, listened carefully to my issues and offered a perfect resolution. He was friendly, professional and had a great attitude. To top it off, my pizza got delivered in less than 15 minutes! I really appreciate the awesome service, Mikey!
