Contrary to the negative messages mentioned below, I have to give you a good review today, I recently moved to the city of Two Rivers from Miami after living there for more than 15 years. Miami I have to say that customer service is very different, people there They are not usually friendly and considerate with the customer. Today I went to make an order at McDonald’s, they did not have coke slushy available , so they told me that I would have to park my car and they would bring me the order, I was waiting there for around 7 minutes, the guy who took the order to my car apologized for the delay and as a courtesy they gave me a coupon for a free combo meal. I was shocked, I’m not used to this Courtesy towards the customer in Miami. Thanks to the incredible team that works on this McDonald’s a great job guys! I had to give you this review because you really deserve it..I appreciate that they value the customer’s time.

absolute worst service ever. Cashier at drive through didn’t take order correctly. Waited 10 minutes for food and didn’t even give me my complete order. I should have checked my order before driving off. ordered 30 mcnuggets, only got 20. No dipping sauce even after I reminded them about what dipping sauce I wanted. Ordered 4 McChicken, only got 3. Never ever go to this place.

Don’t waste your time going to this one. Drive down to Manitowoc if you really need McDonalds. This location has the absolute worst service. I have different problems every time I try. Tonight it was drive into the drive trough, was told they would be right with me. Waited a few minutes. Someone else drives up to the other kiosk. They have their order taken and not a word to me! The employees at this location are the dumbest you are ever going to run into. They always make mistakes. Spare yourself and just eat anywhere else.

They have very excellent customer service I was waiting on my food I used the $6 meal deal on my app for the Deluxe McCrispy Medium Fries and Medium Hi-C Orange I received a Large Fry and a Large Hi-C instead so thank you so much for that you made my night awesome by just doing that. They had problems figuring out my order after they had given me chicken sandwiches instead and how to make a Big Mac seems to be a problem for them as the photo shows. They’ll throw meat together and bun together but not built like a Big Mac is supposed to be. Not likely to return.
