Visited on a Thursday evening, place was steady but not busy. Typical 5Guys experience. Burgers are good and the portions are very good. At this point in time though their pricing puts them squarely into the wheelhouse of some excellent casual dining places with equally good food and a much much more comfortable atmosphere with table service. Overall not really a good value for the money. At $30+ for 2 burgers fries and soda, there are much better options now.

This was one of my favorite Five Guys I’ve been too. The food was amazing, the staff was happy and having fun and in spite of being pretty busy and the horseplay and joking, food was being made, hot fast and perfect. The attitude of the staff was infectious, both my brother and I left with huge grins and full bellies. It was a nice chance to destress from the road. Thanks to the folks who were on shift that evening, you made the rest of the trip a lot better.

I personally like a good Five Guys but this location hasn’t been hitting for me. Today I ordered a bacon cheeseburger ATW and the bread was soggy. The burger was very juicy but the beef patties were bland and the two others I came with agreed. Of course there was no complaints about lots of fries but the burger should stand out at nearly $10. The assembly was pretty neat but the flavor needs some work. This is not the first time I got a burger from here with these same issues and that is why I’m going to recommend the location in Derry. Again, It receives this rating because of the burger issues only, the place itself is pretty neat.

EXTREMELY Clean!! Place was spotless and the whole staff was taking really great care to keep the place safe and clean. Order via the APP was simple and allowed me to customize my order and pickup time without any hassle. I ordered off their secret menu and enjoyed the grilled cheese hamburger with all the toppings. I’d def. go back there.

4/10 – Cashier was leaning against wall taking my order, bathrooms were dirty, Fries were soggy and under cooked, shakes were inconsistent. One had too much liquid and the other was too solid could not drink through a straw. At least the burger was good.

It’s a no for me. I went in and ordered a hamburger… waited about 20 minutes and my burger was raw. Not to mention the tables and floors were disgusting! I brought my burger up to the worker and showed her the pink and she said rudely “well we can make you a new one”. No I’m sorry. nothing. So I then waited another 10 min for them to make me a new burger while the staff was gossiping. I finally said something after waiting 10 min and the girl finally took the burger off the grill… definitely shouldn’t be on the grill if you’re too busy talking. my family was basically done with theirs by the time I got my burger. Also no napkins, or straws accessible to anyone. Worst location. Never going there again.
