I had a bad experience with the employees, or the store policy on charging extra 75¢ for extra Ginger, sriracha sauce, red pepper, soy sauce. Had already paid 75¢ for extra teriyaki,this is noted on the menu of extra charge. The condiments are not! People are struggling to eat out, and changing for condiments should be noted on the menu too . So customers can make an informed lunch order.

GET RID OF THE TIP JAR!!! Is so pathetic. Put it rite infront of customer. I didn’t tip so they got upset and starts talking In Mandarin for not tipping. Why do people have to tip? This is so overated. I will never come back here again. I really hope corporate do something about this. The Chinese girl working the cash register looks miserable. If you hate your job go find another one.

I redeemed my reward points for a drink but they did not allow me to get refill saying that because it was free. Nonsense. I earned it as a loyal patron. But they treated me like a second-class customer. No such restriction in other locations.

Cashiers Michelle and Janet are righteous and will stand up to their personal convictions and principles. I’m cutting back on sodium. They will not, absolutely NOT exchange soy sauce/hot sauce/red pepper for ginger. I didn’t ask for extras. They would rather see me toss them into the garbage than even a 2 for 1 exchange. They are GODS of this Yoshinoya.

Their cashier has been changed, this new Asian girl provided bad service. Instead of smiling, she kept frowning, act like guest owed her money. I bought two combo bowls, when I ask for more chilly pepper, cause their chilly pepper ain’t spicy enough, she only gave one, so cheap and mean.
