The service at this DQ has slowed way down . And while I waited 25 min for my food I seen one guy get a blizzard and the lady never tipped it up side down . The kids were doing more talking then waiting on people. I was very disappointed with are food it was COLD won’t go back there again.

What a great dining experience! Stopped in while I was in the area as I really wanted some ice cream, even with the cold. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal and Molly was so friendly. From the time I walked into the lobby until I left it was a very pleasant environment with playful conversation, just like I was at home. When I received my food, the burger was just like you would expect to get it, like in a commercial, it wasn’t smashed down in a wrapper. To top it off, when I was done eating I went to order a peanut buster parfait and, to my surprise, I was asked how my food was by the cook. Riley took my order and was very friendly as well. Definitely worth the stop, even if you just want some ice cream.

It was through a drive through. And the food was good, it was warm, although the service was a little slower. I don’t know if it’s do to labor shortage, but that’s what I’ll chalk it up to.

Friendly staff, good fast food, not the fastest service but they’ve only gotten my order wrong once in 6 years and that was when the royal blizzards were new. The dining area is a little on the small side because of the deep booths but it is kept clean. Bathrooms are well maintained, clean, and actually very nice for a fast food joint.

I have had nothing but good experiences in this place. It is usually quite busy when I stop in and it seems like they always get your order or fairly quick. The food is always very good and the staff seems like they are all hardworking and very polite. The only downside I can think of is the pricing may be a bit to expensive for some items but that is not their decision, and you get what you pay for. Overall great place I will certainly keep coming back.
