Every Friday in our house is pizza and a movie. We’ve been doing this for years. We’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut since moving in nearby almost a year ago. They generally get my specific order correct. I like light sauce because I think their sauce tends to be overpowering. Sometimes they don’t notice my special instructions and I get a very saucy pizza, but that is rare. Here the staff is friendly and they always have my pizza ready on time. We do the two pizza special and they know me and they call me by name when I come in so They get four stars for good service and a good consistent delicious product

I ordered on Saturday 2 pizzas and they were horrible!!! They tasted like 3 day old pizza; hard, dry and no flavor at all! Never ordering from this location again. Also, their store stink! Overall a horrible experience!

90 min wait to get a cold burn pizza. I called the store talk to the store manager Will that had a horrible attitude. He said we can remake it but its going to be a 90 min wait again and that the food was going to have the same temperature. No customer service at all from this place food quality was nasty. Stay away from this place. Pizza Hut disappointed in your service..

I placed an order online at 1:39PM. The online delivery tracker has updated now at 3PM to say our order is being made, and the pizza arrived at 3:09PM. That’s an order time of an hour and thirty minutes. It isn’t peak period, which makes this INCREDIBLY SLOW, LONG WAIT TIME ridiculous. I could have gone to eat at many other pizza places in the time I’ve waited, but I was just craving stuffed crust today. Next time I’ll just ask my favorite place if they’ll custom make stuffed crust for me instead.

Burning Up In Phoenix
Ordered a Pan with pepperoni and extra cheese. What we got looked like it had come from Ceasar’s or Peter Piper. Crust was chewy, there was almost zero sauce, the extra cheese barely even covered the pizza much less being extra, and the pepperoni was smaller then it used to be with little taste. This pizza is going into the trash.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the 1 star reviews. Took over an hour for pizza with 2 toppings and 6 medium hot wings. After calling the store I found out they only have one delivery driver on Saturday so they have to use DoorDash. Not sure where this gentleman has been all night, however, my pizza arrived cold. Pizza Hut Employee offered to make a new one (not very cost-effective for the store). However, I really don’t want to wait another hour or a pizza. Time to take my business elsewhere. Good luck with this current business model.
