So I walk in, order my food. And they said they disrespectful words “were out”. So I jump over the counter and take a Lil look for myself. And now I have to pay a fine. COSTUMER SERVICE IS A FINE??? A lady posted gum in her drink in Facebook yesterday and the way your workers got on there and talked to her is disgusting. They should not be commenting to customers rudely no matter what the situation. Me or my family and friends who come there often will not be back until those workers either apologize or are dismissed. I have no clue if the gum post is even true but the way they talked to her is inexcusable.

I just went to DQ in Jackson. I ordered a large chocolate Sundae. Somehow the lady got a hot fudge sundaes. They are two different sundaes. I’m curious about the sizes of the sundae. Why do large sundaes seem smaller? I know I ordered a large chocolate sundae and not a hot fudge sundae.

It was about 6:30 I think. We stopped at a the DQ in Jackson , Ky and had the worst bacon cheeseburgers and onion rings ever. The cokes and sundaes were ok, but we both threw the burgers and onion rings away. The looks turned both our stomachs. I told him the Pattie’s looked like they found road kill and made burgers . The meat was really dark and yucky looking

If I could give them a zero I would. Literally watched the cashier at the window pull her mask down and lick dripping ice cream off someone’s cone and then hand it out the window. They don’t follow recipes for the blizzards and never turn them upside down.
