Seems like every time I come here, my drink isn’t made right. Today when I ordered my drink, of course it was wrong. So I go inside to get it fixed, and the lady had the nastiest attitude face, didn’t say a single word, just grabbed my drink and continued doing what she was doing before. So rude! And then when I get back in my car and actually taste the drink, it taste terrible. So unsweet. I order my drink w the sweet foam and liquid sugar every single day. So how it my drink not sweet??? I would love for someone to reach out to me about my experience and I would love a refund. I didn’t even receive a receipt for my order.

I love Dunkin. This specific location struggles and I think it’s just because it is so busy and doesn’t can’t get the staff it needs. Every once in a while, they surprise you with quick, excellent service. But most times, it’s 20 minutes or longer to get one drink. The atmosphere is not great, but mostly not their fault, with a lot of outside factors in the area.

Service is decent but can be worse at times, but we will no longer visit this location because it is one of many places in this part of town that is always teeming with homeless people. There is a lot of foot traffic especially at night, apparently no effort is being made to police the area. People wander the parking area talking loudly and the surrounding areas are poorly lit. We suggest going to other Dunkin’ locations that are less than 10 minutes from this one.

Choose this location because it has the Baskins Robbins ice cream. I wanted to wash my hands before getting my ice cream. They have locks on the restroom doors. I asked if I could get in the restroom before I got my ice cream and was told I needed to order first, and then they would let me in the restroom.

Finally reopen! Just in time for masters because the out of towners mean more than the people who live here anyway the drive thru was nice and the outside looks really nice. Very poor customer service and extremely rude employees. I asked to speak to a manager regarding an experience, was told a manager was in the store but the next person said the manager was not there. I asked many times for the name of who waited on me and who I spoke with, but no one would give me their names. After being passed around to multiple employees, I had a window slammed in my face. They cannot work as a team and they are extremely disrespectful towards customers. Would NOT recommend and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
