Was told my order would arrive in 20 minutes called back after almost an hour wait and was told another 20 minutes they’re looking for a driver. Wait another half hour not answering calls 2 hours of waiting and get a text it’s been cancelled. To late to order from anywhere else. Get better management you obviously are rated at 3.3 stars for a reason.

The pizza was very salty and I only had a couple of pieces. I got sick. If I needed ex-lax I could have gone to Walmart and paid a lot less. I will not order from this Domino’s again. I got reimbursed for the funds I spent.

They’ve gotten my order wrong about 50% of the time. They don’t answer the phone, I sat on hold for 25 minutes trying to get an order corrected and was still on hold by the time I got to the store, where the phone was not ringing. If you care about getting what you order don’t order from here.

New location, new management. Food has consistently arrived hot and cooked properly. Delivery can seem a tad slow on busier days (understandably) but we’ve been very happy with our experience so far with this location. The app is super easy to use. Doesn’t glitch. I like the payment flexibility because sometimes we prefer to just pay cash. Out of the last 3 times we’ve ordered, Robert has been the one to take care of us. He’s very polite and friendly and I’m always happy to see when he’s assigned to our order. Prefer direct delivery like this over DoorDash any day.

I made an order at 6pm finally called at 7 pm looking for my order . They told me it was out for delivery. Called back at 7:30 because it still had not arrived. I called again at this point wanting a discount for waiting for 1 1/2 hours. I was on the phone with someone from the store and told them it had just arrived and it was cold . She had then asked me how do you know if it is cold if it was just delivered? Did you even open the box? As a general manager myself for over 10 years I was not happy at all . She offered to re make it and I said it will probably be another hour she said she was sorry they were very busy . Then she tells me she can refund me but she would have to void my last transaction and charge me again . I deal with credit cards daily I know that is not how it works. They should have told me at the time of ordering it would be a long wait but they didn’t. I would have ordered elsewhere. They said 30 mins . They should tell people at time of ordering it’s going to be a wait . This is not the first time this has happened to me with this place but it will be the last .

First time I ordered they forgot part of my order so I had to go back and pick it up. Second time i ordered I went picked up my pizza came home opened up the pizza realized it didn’t look gluten-free. I called spoke to a woman and asked to speak to whoever made the Pizza to make sure it was gluten-free I have an allergy. She told me I was unable to talk to someone and that it was probably gluten-free. I told her again I needed to be positive that it was gluten-free because I have an allergy. She repeated to tell me I couldn’t talk to anyone so I had to raise my voice with her in order to speak to someone. Once I spoke to someone they confirmed they didn’t make it gluten-free and I had to drive back and pick up a new pizza . The guy i eventually spoke to on the phone was nice and apologetic and resolved the issue.
